A very close friend of mine was told by Dr. Andrews to not receive a Covid-19 Vaccine. The same person has since contracted the virus and is in a downward spiral of health. Very caring and efficient staff. The Nurse Practioner Krista is very caring and takes the time to make sure you understand.

Annette Andrews is a very caring physician. She listens to everything you say and takes the proper time to make your visit unrushed and has great competence. She has a very kind demeanor. I would recommend to all. Also, Tim Andrews at TLC is where I got my prescription glasses. He is very thorough, efficient and has a pleasing personality. I get compliments on my frames frequently. My wife and I have visited Dr Andrews for well over a decade. She is a fantastic Dr. Unfortunately, recently, there have been problems with their billing office. They have a "pay deductible up front" policy that both my wife and I DO understand. I don't have a problem with paying for my visit up front. However, on both mine and my wife's last visit, we were greeted with "Oh, it looks like you have an outstanding balance" on both of our visits. And have been getting billed. So, if we are to pay for everything "up front", then why are we being billed and getting surprised with very high outstanding balances? It's hard enough to have to pay $150+ up front let alone having balances you either didn't know about, or found out in the mail with NO EXPLANATION other than "You have a high deductible". Duh. We know. Not everyone is uneducated on adjudication. Be careful with your visits here. We have been forced to start shopping for another Dr due to this unfortunate event of charges happening. Dr Annette Andrews is a great Dr surrounded by fantastic nurses but also surrounded by a billing office that either has no idea what they are doing, or using the "High Deductible" story to rip you off. Oh, and watch your diagnosis'... I've noticed my visit reviews have non-existing diagnosis's (ICD-10's) on them such as "chronic kidney disease" which I have never had. They held my prescriptions hostage and made me come in at least every 3 months, for basically nothing. I couldn't come in for an illness and have my scripts renewed. I had to have an appointment ONLY to get my scripts, so they could charge my insurance the maximum number of times. I was left over the Memorial day weekend with NO antidepressants. My mother is very happy with her care from Dr. Andrews. Dr. Andrews is thorough and genuinely wants to help people.

If you want to be treated as if you were an inconvenience and lack intelligence, go see ol Annette. She thinks she is above everyone else in the area. As for her medical expertise she has none. Mis- prescribed meds and messing up blood tests is her specialty. I would not let her give an examination to a teddy bear.

Didn't really want to hear my concerns just wanted me to nod and smile stupidly as they told me what I wanted to do about my health. Just another clinic, if you need antibiotics or stitches fine, if you want listened too and taken seriously forget it.
