Dr. Anne L Grady

Refused to see me with no decent explanation! Dr. told me they were accepting new patients and had me fill out a lot of confidential information to send over the mail. Then once the doctor reviewed my information told me she wouldn't take me as a patient. Wouldn't give me good explanation. The only thing I can think of is that my medical needs were too complicated and they either don't feel up to the challenge or don't want to work that hard.

We can't say enough good things about her and love her ????

I have no complaints about Dr. Grady. This was my first appointment. I had a short wait in the waiting room, and another short wait in the exam room--total about 10 minutes. My meeting with the doctor ultimately lasted about 50 minutes, during which she addressed every issue I raised, responding in a patient, caring manner.

I waited nearly 2 hrs for a phone conference. Apparently Dr. Grady was having difficulties with the technology and didn’t realize I was connected. She continued to berate and curse out Kevin frequently using the F word. When I called back she was obviously irritated and turned it on me and my concerns for treatment and said it was silly and said “is this the only reason you called?” I also tried to bring up mental health issues after a recent surgery but couldn’t take any more of her rude, unsympathetic behavior and tone and had to hang up in tears. I prefer doctors that care about their patients and she didn’t seem to. I felt like she brushed off my concerns. I won’t be going back again. Don’t waste your time. Find a dr that cares.

Dr. Grady is a wonderful Dr. She is kind, takes her time and listens with concern. HOWEVER...Her Receptionist, Kevin is the absolute rudest man, dealing with him to communicate or get an Appt with Dr. Grady is just not worth it! Right doc for you if you have unlimited time to wait at appointments, won't question her and you have unlimited funds to pay for transferring your medical records once you decided she's not the doc for you. Receptionist, Keven is rude. Had to wait routinely over 45 minutes, even though had appointments. MY last visit appointment was at 1:00 p.m. was taken promptly to an exam room. Did not see the doc until over 1 1/2 HOURS later!!! Don't question her. She told me that she was giving me the lowest dose of a med. I had a bad reaction, asked the pharmacy and they had a lower dose! The doc was not happy with me, so told me to quit taking the med, instead of giving me the lower dose. She's just a I'm right don't question me kind of person. So, decided to find another primary care. Dr. Grady's office wants more than 83 cents a page to forward the medical records she has for me for seven visits over approx 16 months. Other practices do not charge for this

Angry woman she's Not concerned about her patients. Office manager (her husband) very rude and unprofessional

Wonderful primary care physician; have been going to her for a number of years. Very conscientious and thorough. Definitely (and unfortunately) a dying breed in medicine these days.

Dr. Grady has provided great service for almost 18 years. She is very kind, and has been a tremendous help to me.

Dr Anne Grady is a wonderful person and she is a great doctor. Be on guard with the office staff, very contentious. Decided one day that he doesn't play well United Healthcare and billed me fully for a doctor visit without warning or notice. Told me this is an 8 year issue and I was used as a pawn after several doctor visits that they accepted UHC in full. Asked the same employee to send a referral to a specialist, he argued for an hour with the specialist office and a half hour with me that it wasn't needed, this is a 5 minute process. If you have a choice deal with the female in the front office at all costs. Dr Anne Grady is a wonderful person and she is a great doctor. Be on guard with the office staff, very contentious. Dr. Grady, is professional, knowledgeable, open minded and friendly. One of THE BEST doctors I've ever met in my life.

Dr. Grady was amazing. Very easy to talk to and she really listened to me. Great bedside manners. She took as much time as I needed for my visit. I did not feel like I was “rushed” like some doctors. The office staff was friendly and very accommodating. We are new to the area and I am grateful I have found my doctor.
