I cannot speak more highly of this office. From the receptionist, to the dental assistants, to Dr. Dufour. Every single person I’ve encountered at this office, and I mean every single, makes you feel MORE than comfortable. If you need a deep dental cleaning look no further.

I would recommend Dr Defour to everyone She is very pleasant and makes you feel very calm. I was scared to death when i first went there. From day 1 she had me feeling confident she was not going to hurt me and i will feel much better when she gets all done. Well that came true after 4 visits. I did not feel a thing and i do feel better since finishing. She did laser surgery to repair my gums. Now i can smile with confidence once again and i do feel better. Where i had pain in my hip which seems strange i no longer have. My ear felt like i had a constant earache i no longer have that. I would go back to her in a heartbeat, not afraid anymore. My first bad experience happened with booking my procedure, where I was given a date that ended up not being the right day of the week. By the time they realized this, I already had changed my work schedule. I was really annoyed, but figured accidents happen. Since then I've had a couple other scheduling mishaps which just further aggrivated my experience. Another reason for my rating comes down to Dr. Belhaj's professionalism. Every follow up visit he would ask if he pulled a particular tooth. A quick look over my file before you walk in to treat me would make him appear credible. I expect medical professionals to know the basics of the patient they are waking in to see. I appreciate I am one in a sea of thousands, but that negligence certainly doesn't instill trust. On my last visit (weeks ago) I was asked which orthodontist I was going to see so they could give them my information and clearance. Today my ortho texts me asking about my progress at the perio. I explain that they said in my last visit that they would be doing their due diligence only to find out that they *shockingly* have not. Ortho reached out about my clearance and got an immediate response. My last gripe is that when I was texted my most recent appointment reminder, I replied that I was no longer going to see them. That appointment date has come and gone, no reach out asking why I didn't show, in case the text was automated and my response went to a void. No reach out why I no longer wanted to see them. Long story short, my experience here left me feeling like I was working with a bunch of amateurs. I have been a patient with Dr. Defour for approximately seven years. I’ve been very happy with her , the staff , and my results. I had a mini stoke about a year a half ago. Before my stroke Dr. Defour had my gums in great shape ! ( the were very Bad ) After my stoke I could not see her or my dentist for over a year. My gums got bad again with many infections. Once I got the clearance to see Dr. Defour again she went right to work to correct my gums. Dr. Defour knows her stuff and is a very caring person. I’ve been going to see Dr Dufour for periodontal care for eight years. I’ve been very happy with Dr Dufour, the staff, and the results. When I first came in my gum health was poor. Dr Dufour and staff have worked hard to restore my gums through laser surgery and the pinhole procedure. Again very satisfied. I always leave the office feeling taken care of. I was referred to Dr. Dufour in 2019 for generalized gum recession, and I had the Pinhole procedure on both arches. While there was some improvement, it was marginal, at best. I had several teeth with little to no additional root coverage, and several others that have receded again. I have since had one upper quadrant redone by a different periodontist using the free gingival graft technique, with much better results. Full root coverage and all of the sensitivity from exposed roots is gone. I will likely need to have everything redone in the future. This is the procedure I should have had in the first place. I will not be returning to Dr. Dufour’s practice. I have also informed the referring dentist (Dr. Eric Paster in Royersford, PA) that he has lost my trust over this issue and I will not be returning to his practice as well. I am very grateful for finding Dr. Dufour.. From the time I walk into the office to when I leave I am treated with complete professionalism and kindness. I highly recommend Dr. Dufour.

I could not be happier with the services that I received. Everyone in the office is great and they took great care in making sure that my procedures were done in a very safe and comfortable manner. My procedures were painless during and after. It is also very convenient that you are able to purchase what you may need for dental care down to the tooth brush. Sheila the “office manager” is very rude and does not know how to be professional. She talks to people as if she is better than them. If you want people to return, how can you speak to them so badly? I would NEVER recommend my worst enemy to go there and be treated so badly. The dentist is wonderful, but the office manager does not know how to be professional. She should not be allowed to speak to patients, patients should be handled by someone else. I feel bad for anyone who has to encounter her. Please be aware if you EVER have an issue at that office, you WILL be treated badly by Sheila. Sheila the “office manager” is very rude and does not know how to be professional. This a great place the staff is nice and i got treated wonderfully would recommend this periodontist is you have issues or even for deep cleaning she great thanks for keeping my clean

My mouth was an absolute mess. Not anymore! Quite honestly, this office, the staff and the doctors here have set the bar incredibly high for what all medical experiences should feel like. They took the most precious care of my mouth and she corrected my jaw/bite too. I cannot reccomend them enough. They are worth every dime and dollar! I have had 2 procedures done at Dr. Dufour's practice, a week apart, and a scheduled post op appointment making 3 trips within a month. I was treated with great care and respect on every visit. The entire staff was great & very informative. Dr. Dufour is extremely good at her work. She did an amazing job with my teeth and gums. I had 2 teeth extracted on separate visits, and had very mild discomfort following the procedure. The following day, Sue, Dr. Dufour's assistant made a follow-up phone call to check in and make sure that I was doing OK. That should speak volumes about the Class and level of care that this practice gives you. I would recommend Dr. Dufour to anyone who needs a periodontist. My experience was perfect. I first had work done by Dr. Dufour about 12 years ago. Just had surgery this week and my experience with Dr. Dufour and her staff was once again, 100% positive. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

After not having a good experience with another company during process of my implants I decided to try another Doctor. After a little research I found Dr Dufour through grove dental. From the very start I could tell immediately after meeting Dr Dufour I was in good hands and did not need to worry about how the results were gonna turn out. She and the staff were very pleasant and were very flexible with scheduling appointments. Dr. Dufours Lanape procedure has literally changed my life !!! Within just days after my procedure I begin to wake up refreshed and looking forward to the day ahead of me. This was amazing to me because for as long as I could remember (20 years?) one of my first waking thoughts was, "when can I get a nap in today?". The possibility of gum disease being the cause of chronic fatigue had never been brought to my attention. My family and I had just come to accept that at some point a few days a week Bob needs his time to nap. Since the procedure we no longer have to plan weekends or vacations days with this in mind. Thank you Dr. Dufour and everyone in your office for changing lives on a daily basis, the investment was well worth 10x's over

So grateful I went to Dr. Anne Dufour! She performed laser surgery to improve my gum line. It was painless, easy and life changing for me! No more bleeding gums. I would recommend her and her staff to anyone!

Dr. Dufour uses laser treatment rather than pulling teeth out. I can't say my experience was pleasant as dental work never is, but I wasn't traumatized. There was NO pain involved and I was back to myself the next day. She is extraordinary!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Dufour and her staff they are absolutely a pleasure to deal with.

I recently had laser and gum surgery done by Dr. Dufour. and am THRILLED with the end results! I am so impressed with Dr. Defour's skill and knowledge and equally impressed with her welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Everyone makes you feel at ease and welcomed when you walk through the door. They are also very knowledgeable and so good at explaining things thoroughly so you know exactly what to expect. I look forward to my future visits. My only regret is I didn't know about her sooner!!

She is a wonderful. I think she is very gentle,explains exactly what she is going to with your problem. I can't say one bad thing about her.

If I could give no stars at all I would. This has been the worst experience ever. The staff, including Dr. Dufour are very unprofessional and rude. They are dis-honest and charge for services they never actually render. Please stay away, there are plenty of other Periodontist that are actually qualified and deserve your business.
