Ms. Anna Marie Purkey

This office horrible at returning urgent calls. Schedules telehealth appointments then doesn’t call. Every single month there is issues getting medications sent to the pharmacy. I have gotten attitude when reaching out for mental health issues. I do not feel comfortable even calling her office because of how I am spoken to and how nothing is taken seriously. Found a new doctor and I am looking forward to less hassle and more care.

LOVE ANNA! SHE IS A CARING AND LOVING HUMAN BEING AND KNOW THIS...SHE WILL ALWAYS HAVE YOUR BACK. I HAVE KNOWN ANNA SINCE 1997...GREATEST FRIEND IN THE WORLD.

Anna has been the only doc whose listened and taken the time to address my concerns. I have struggled with vertigo for a few years and been dismissed by numerous doctors. She allowed me to get an MRI which has lead to an actual diagnosis which DIDNT match the previous doctors guesses. I trust her. She cares about her patients.

Overall, Anna is a good person to see. She takes the time to talk to you, and explain things so you are able to understand. I'm currently looking for a specialist for my medical problems instead of Anna because the caring (after seeing her for almost a year) has gone away. I go in for a checkup and instead of prescribing a different medicine that my insurance will pay for or getting to the root of my problems, she keeps on giving me samples of the very expensive medicine and just ups the dosage.

Anna, is very down to Earth and actually listens to all of your concerns. She is super friendly not only to you but your children as well. She knows each of her patients who see her. She remembers their background history. She isn't one to rush your appointment just to move on to the next. She is very thorough. I highly recommend her!! She is truly a gift!!
