Dr Rountree took 1 1/2 minutes to examine my knee which was swollen. hot and red with a foreign object in it. The previous E R Dr. had stated I may be put in hospital for I V antibiotics. Then shift change and he walked off. Dr. Rountree came in and barely touched my knee and immediately sent me home with oral antibiotics. Of course the knee worsened and a week later I was put in the Hospital on I V antibiotics for 3 days and Drs. there stated I should have been put in at the initial visit.

The worst doctor I have ever seen

I came into the ED at the request of my PCP to have a stat CT scan so that she could receive the results more quickly. I had high fevers for two nights before. This doctor was smug and flippant with me and refused to order the scan. No communication with my PCP. I got next to no work-up and was sent on my way with antibiotics for a UTI (which I did not have). Two days later I was found to have a pneumonia, which could have been picked up if she had simply ordered the scan or a chest X-ray.
