14 years of treating my complicated chart. Excellent. Yes, I'd refer.

Dr. Call is a good Doctor. But, he's never the one you see anymore. You only see his assistant. I've been going to his office for close to 15 yrs. The first couple of years were great! He was very thorough and listened to what your concerns were. Now, you only see the Physicians assistant. They NEVER follow through with returning calls. The office staff seems to have no clue what's going on. I've been waiting for a call back since Tuesday on labs and Ultrasound that are supposed to be set up. It's now Friday.. Called this morning, had to explain my situation 3 times to the same person. She asked me to repeat it a 4th time and I refused! Asked to be given the call back I've been waiting on for 3 days, that was 6 hrs ago. Pretty sure I'm not hearing from them today. Aand it's Friday. I guess people aren't that important to them! Unprofessional gaslighting behavior is what you can expect from this provider.

My father battled with heart disease and cancer. There are no words to express how wonderful Dr. Call was with him and our family. He was knowledgeable, caring, compassionate, understanding, and advocated for him the entire journey.

I have lived in a lot of different places and therefore have had many PCPs, but none have come close to Dr. Call. His genuine concern and compassion for me as a patient and his incredible medical knowledge makes him stand apart from all other Doctors I've dealt with. I was comfortable in his care from the moment I first met him. You simply won't find better - 5 star rating and highly recommended. Also, he's got some pretty hilarious jokes to share. My issue with office is scheduling and the very unfriendly woman at the desk. At my last 2 check ups I have had nothing but issues. My appt was at 3:30, I arrived 3:24. Receptionist was rude because she claimed my appt was at 3:15. I had my appt card to prove it was at 3:30. She says that she didn't know who's handwriting it was...like I made my own appt card. She called NP and made it sound like I was late for appt. 2nd visit she claims I have no appt. I scheduled 1 yr ago..unacceptable

I have lived in a lot of different places and therefore have had many PCPs, but none have come close to Dr. Call. His genuine concern and compassion for me as a patient and his incredible medical knowledge makes him stand apart from all other Doctors I've dealt with. I was comfortable in his care from the moment I first met him. You simply won't find better - 5 star rating and highly recommended. Also, he's got some pretty hilarious jokes to share.
