Dr. Andrea L Westinghouse

Dr Westinghouse is a doctor first and human second. Rigid, harsh, judgmental and very prescriptive rather than attentive and understanding. Would not recommend.

Dr. Westinghouse has both my children's primary care for years. We have used her for their annuals primarily. My daughter suffered from severe eczema and stomach issues, which conventional doctors could not fix. It wasn't until the help of an ND we visited that diagnosed her with leaky gut syndrome and through identification of food allergies was able to completely eliminate her issues. Due to her sensitivities we asked Dr. Westinghouse to grant her a medical exemption from the flu shot, which she flatly denied and dismissed her wellness as more luck than anything of scientific substance. My 17 yr old daughter pleaded with her and her reply was that her condition wasn't severe enough to grant the exemption even though the flu vaccine has an annual rate of about 50% effectiveness. We feel her response was completely irresponsible as a medical professional

I believe she was not thorough enough with my sons RSV condition, it went undiagnosed, the result was laying my 4 month old son to rest, we are devasted as she goes home to her family each night, true story that needs to be told and will
