Would never recommend this practice to anyone !

If I could leave 0, I would. My health insurance doesn't really cover it, so my bill got a little high. I made a plan with the receptionist to make monthly payments, they decided a couple weeks later that it wasn't enough and asked me to pay over one thousand in full. She made a plan to contact me and didn't call me then tried to call me while I was on vacation. My therapist called and left a nasty voicemail saying I'm stealing from their clinic and they will get the law involved even though I am making payments. Then texted me the same thing. When I called back she said I was ignoring their calls which isn't true because I have been emailing the receptionist. They were both very rude and this is someone that was trying to help with my mental health and help with the death of my mother. Will not ever go back and do not recommend them. I found River Counseling at a very pivotal point in my life. After struggling for years from very personal trauma and a failed marriage I needed help.
