Alyson has really help me from the first day i met with her. Not only am i working on issues that i have personally but she is also helping with issues between myself and my fiance. By working with us we have learned to have open communication which all relationships need to function correctly. Alyson has made me feel comfortable to be able to talk to her about my issues. Which by the way is very hard for me to do with just anyone. She listens and then asks me how i feel about things we discuss. Which is a new feeling for me to experience. I am so thankful for finding her. I was so afraid that i would have to go through several different people to find the one that would actually listen and make me feel comfortable and safe to talk to.

After seeing a few therapists who didn’t help much, I finally found Alyson and haven’t looked back. She’s incredibly compassionate and has helped me navigate the roots of my anxiety. I’d recommend her to anyone.

When I moved from my home of 40 years to Texas, my depression interfered with my adjustment to my new surroundings. I was fortunate to find Ms. Leftin. She helped me through this difficult time, and my life is good.. She is a therapist who truly cares about her patients, and I have recommended her to others, and I recommend her to you.

Ms. Leftin helped my family from coming apart. We were all at each other all the time. Life was really difficult. She got us together and provided a foundation for us to stand on and work to resolve our problems. She recommended other professionals to solve specific medical problems and over the course of eight months she saved our family from falling apart. We are now functioning at a high level and all are doing well.
