Dr. Allison Helman

Dr. Helman was my primary and workmans comp Dr. when i worked at the H.C.M.C.F. back in 2013-15.Now i am disabled after herniating the l5 s1 disk for the fifth time on 2-11-2019 caused by a thoracic injury that caused a spinal column injury which disabled my brain from using my back muscles to protect my spine when i lifted and also caused the degenerative disk disease they kept listing but wasn't i received at my job in 1996 because i was punched in the back by a unknown alias dressed as a resident and told all the doctors at her former hospital about this injury.They all ignored it for 23 years.Now my spine after this damage is to short for my body and the thoracic is currently in the process of pulling the l5 s1 disc and in turn ripping the cord out for my legs.

Dr. Helman is very knowledgable and has assisted me through my recent heart attack. Would recommend her to anyone who has medical concerns or just even for a family practice specialist.
