Not a caring doctor. Wants u in and out very quickly. He gave my daughter a medicine that has damage her liver and gave her Steven Johnson's syndrome. She has been put on liver transplant list. Fighting for her life the pass three years . She is only 21 years old. His lincense should be taking away for this. Great office,great carring physician.

The best. He’s to the point and really cares without being over the top in your business. I can normally get in the day I call and I’m in and out within minutes.

I've been Spasic's patient for years. Great office, caring physician and amazing office staff. Anytime I call to be seen, Tiffany and Ryan are very friendly and get me in to see Dr. Spasic the same day or the latest the next day. Dr. I would recommend Dr. Spasic to anyone.

I LOVE this doctor!! He is my all time absolute favorite doctor of all time!! He listens, he cares, he doesn't dismiss anything you say. My father in law started seeing him first and recommended him, since then myself, my husband, and my mother all see him. If you need a same day sick appointment you're always welcome! Dr. Spasic is absolutely amazing! He always has a smile on his face! He treats you with respect, cares about you and your family. Last week I had breathing issues and chest pain. I went in to the office he sent me for a CT scan. Long story short the results came in after his office hours were closed. The doctors called him on his cell phone and he gave me instructions on what to do from there. Then today my mom went in for her routine check up and he asked her how I was doing. Im telling you. HE CARES!

Dr. Spasic may not be a man of very many words but he is a great doctor who works very hard to help me.

At 47 yrs old I have always just jumped from doc to doc whenever I felt something was wrong at that moment. This is the first doctor that I will continue to go back to.There is no BS and he is straight to the point to find what the issue is. No complaints at all with any treatment I have received from Dr. Spasic.

I'm new to the practice but first impression are lasting. As long as Dr.Alexander Spasic is practicing I will be his patient. I'm able to get quick appointments when needed and the Dr. listened to my concerns and addresses them. He is kind and professional. I have found the right Dr. for me. I adore Ryan! She's so good at her job. In my opinion you cannot find a better doctor or a better staff anywhere in the Carlisle Harrisburg area. Do yourself a favor make an appointment to meet dr. Dr. Spasic was exceptional. He took the time to speak to me, inquire about my concerns, and is genuinely among the very best doctors that I’ve worked with. My family and I recently moved to Central Pennsylvania and his welcome was through the roof. Thank you so very much.

I’m 67 and have visited several Doctors in my life. This Doctor gets a 99 out of 100 rating by me and I have been his patient over 10 years!!

I spent some time with Dr. Spasic and have nothing but good things to say about he and his staff. I went for his Diagnostic capability and his referral assistance if needed. He is a fine resource.

He doesn't ask any questions or try to understand your problem. All this guy does is order tests and give drugs, does not seem to care at all. I am definitely finding a new doctor.

Saw him at the urgent care, absolutely no bedside manner. He didn’t even ask how me how I doing, or even bothered to at least offer you a handshake. Didn’t even care about my health history regarding my kidney stones, and that I may have a possible infection. He just did a urinalysis and sent me on my way. You would think he would at least prescribe an antibiotic like Cipro just to be precautionary because kidney infections are extremely serious if left untreated early. The sad part is, I was born and in the same region as this man was, and people from the balkans are suppposed to be friendly and welcoming, he was the opposite. Anyway, the medical isn’t supposed to be just moving onto the next patient by throwing a quick, improperly analyzed diagnosis, without spending actual time with the patient. It means much more. It means being a physician, and a physician means being a healer. I’m in the medical field as well - as a registered nurse. Proper and thorough assessment is key in the medical field when diagnosing patient. This man just stood there with his arms crossed without doing any type of assessment. Me and my wife are new to the area and looking to establish a family doctor. He was very quick and to the point taking no time to get to know either of us. I told him I have had several blood clots (I'm 26 so that is unusual) and that i would like to consider getting seen by a specialist with his recommendation. He quickly said that he would be happy to get me on an Rx - lifelong mind you - and that taking the daily Rx for the rest of my life would be the best option. I asked if there were any other options and he said "not really." There were several other minor issues that i figured a family doctor could manage and each time he suggested seeing a specialist.
