First visit the doctor comes out of nowhere and say to me and my daughter covd- is very high in Africa American people. I was very insulted. We were for a nose check. Horrible phone service takes five to 10 tries to get threw. I personally think they don't want Africa American people has patient. I don't recommend this place to black people. This has got to be the best Dr ever. The staff and their patience is the best I’ve seen in a long time. I highly recommend this place to everyone. Dr Ferraro is one patient person! Everyone is so kind and understanding. Love it

Had to reshedule my appointment due to work..they claimed that it was within 24 hrs and they re charging me $100...well I m done with this place...I ll go elsewhere

My child visited with horrible daily nose bleeds and chronic breath issues. The doctor looked up his nose with a light and said his nose was just dry and to use SALINE! Salt water dries out the nose.... we were then told that his chronic breath issue was due to a dry throat and he should just drink more water... MORE WATER?! Obviously our PCP felt there was a serious issue or we would not have been referred but in this doctors infinite wisdom we pay to be told to drink water and put salt water up an already dry nose?! I’m APPALLED! This is not the first time we’ve been to this office and not the first time we were met with poor bedside manner and an obscene “diagnosis”. I am very comfortable at this office and Dr. F is amazing. Very patient and explains every step of what he is doing.

My mother who is 86 had a severe nose bleed and I took her to the ER. They had packed her nose and gave directions to call Dr Ferrari’s office first thing Monday morning (3/23/20). They open at 8 am I called at that time and explained I needed an appt to have this removed. My mother is not a patient of this practice. The person who answered phone said they would not be able to get her in that day which I didn’t think they would. She said she would contact the office. In mean time my mother calls and said her lip and nose seemed swollen and she was afraid of it getting infected. I called in pm had to leave message. No one called nor did they cal on Tuesday. I called again this time got office and they said he’s was M-Th 8-12. I didn’t leave a message on Tuesday but today I get a message from the office stating they weren’t accepting anymore patients to go to hsp. I did that yesterday. It took the a2 mins or less to remove it. I wouldn’t recommend this business. They are not people fri.

I went to this facility one time. I was charged an outrageous amount, to the point I'm uncertain it was ever submitted to my insurance company. I am now being sent to a debt collector because the office staff dropped the ball to explain that I needed to set up a payment plan. When I called in to express my frustration, Heather, immediately got defensive and stated how they lost money because of this. She stated this was not her fault and I was no longer permitted to make payments to the office. I have never received any type of documents regarding my bill after my first lump sum payment. Had the office staff explained the situation and circumstances properly maybe things would have been different. I would not recommend this facility to anyone. They do not conduct themselves the way a physician's office should. They are not welcoming nor are they about their patients. Clearly they are about earning the ol' mighty dollar. Dr. Ferraro is a great Doctor. He's incredibly personable and knowledgable. I highly recommend this business!

This office has been great the times I have visited. I have visited for ear cleanings and hearing tests. The staff was very knowledgeable and it is much better getting your ear cleaned here than at a family practice!

I had a Septoplasty done. And my surgery went very well. And the doctor even called in my prescriptions the day before so that I could pick them up before the surgery which is really good. And he also gives you his cell phone number so you can get help from him when the office is closed. I would highly recommend.

I have been going to this office for years now for my ear cleaning and have recently started getting Allergy shots on a weekly basis . This is a great office with friendly and knowledgeable staff. They always have convenient appointments with me with call reminders which I can appreciate! I also like for my allergy shots that they are walk ins as early as 7:45 am which helps me not miss a lot of time at work! I would recommend this office! Dr. Ferraro was awesome in removing a polyp from my vocals. Both he and his staff were professional and courteous.

Very helpful and nice. I received really good care and my surgery went well with no complications. And Dr. Ferraro even went over everything with my son and gave me his cell phone number so if the office is closed you can still get questions answered. I would highly recommend.

After having sore throat after sore throat I decided to have this checked and later have my tonsils removed and have be great since. 6 days in was tough but, was told it was going to be. Every thing was explained to me as being an adult was not as easy as being a child.
