Dr. Alessandra Buonopane

Had an appointment with Dr. Buonopane. Instead of listening to my distinct situation and my needs she lumped me in with her past patients and suggested a general approach not specific to me. I felt not heard and stereotyped.

Hi Dr. Buonopane is a great provider. She did an amazing job of coordinating care with other providers and is very attentive to details.

She has been very helpful over the past couple of years. Helped me regulate my medication dosages.

Dr. Buonopane is great. She does a great job of helping me manage my meds. I also appreciate her encouraging me to get into therapy.

I have been seeing Dr. Buonopane for nearly 2 years now. She is a very caring and compassionate doctor. She had helped me tremendously and I will continue my care with her, and I completely trust her judgement.

Doctor has been very helpful with my situation for the past 2 years. We've tried different medications for my anxiety and so far so good.

I have been seeing Dr. Buonopane for several years now and I feel fortunate to have found such a wonderful doctor! She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable. She is quick to respond outside of routine appointments when needed. I have always felt heard and supported by her.

This so called Dr. needs meds herself! Horrible woman, hung video chat on me saying I was disrespectful because I wanted to know why on our 2 minute 2nd convo she wanted to give me meds?? No Diagnosis but trying to give me meds! She might have others fooled but not me! HORRIBLE WOMAN!!!!

My previous DR. unfortunately had to retire. Found this Person ( I will not call this Person a DR. A good doctor makes good decisions based on that patients issues. The only thing this Person knew was prescriptions ) on the web through my insurance. With my previous DR. , we were at the point where we where to get off the pills. I was down to 2 different pills and I could see the end of pills that chemically change your makeup. Enter this Person immediately puts me back on pills that I no longer needed. I was in care from August 2020 - Jan- 2021.On our last conversation before she was going to prescribe another pill. In that time through our conversations I stated on numerous occasions that I feel no difference with these other pills. She prescribed me more pills :( At this point my mind was set. I grew concerned for my health. Since i've been with her she has wrote prescriptions for 9 different medications in that time period along with the 2 i was weening off of. You should see the faces other professionals make when they see what prescriptions Im on. Thats when i realized Anybody can pass the drivers test. But if they get into 9 accidents , maybe they should not be driving. Just to protect other people from themselves. Long story short. If you want a Person who will be late to every appointments. Have the same excuse every time." I was stuck with the last call with patient. But when they get on the phone with you its 5 mins new prescription and pay the copay in that order. they are off the phone in 10 mins. From MY Experience the only thing that went ok was the paperwork needed for work. I have spent my entire adult life struggling to find appropriate medication management with an attentive provider and I’m relieved to finally have that. I strongly recommend Dr Buonpanne.

Today I met with Dr. Buonopane via Telehealth for the first time. Seeing doctors (especially Psychiatrists but ALL doctors), can be terrifying, so it's extremely important that, during that very first visit, in addition to professionalism and knowledge, there has to be empathy and compassion. Few doctors these days have that healthy balance, but Dr. Buonopane has all of that and more, and thank God she does. She's extremely kind and warm, without being overly solicitous, and actually CARES (you can see it on her face as she listens to you; she reacts with a nod or a smile or a look of understanding). I have had the pleasure of working with Dr Buonopane for many years. Dr Buonopane is a very knowledgeable, caring and incredibly kind psychiatrist. I get a lot of positive feedback from my patients. I love working with her. She is always available for input and advice. I highly recommend her !

Tell me if this sounds the same. Dr takes patients in doesn’t know what to do. Dr is always at least 9 minutes late to meeting. Stating that they got hung over on the last call.but only talks to you for 5 minutes then asked for copayment. Prescribes patients more pills that the last Dr . Then when you talk to them. It’s always what the next medication I can give you. This Person will fit perfectly for you??

I am a relatively new patient with Dr. Buonopane; however, my experience with her has been seamless and welcoming. She is professional, knowledgeable, and makes me feel confident in my current health plan. Finally, she has taken the time to get to know me, even in this short time, as an individual, which I greatly appreciate.

My former psychiatrist retired and was very fortunate to find Dr Buonopane she spends a lot of time with me I never feel rush I would strongly recommend her

Dr. Buonopane is a kind, understanding, and compassionate doctor that listens to her patients. She did additional research in my case and recommended treatments that were not offered before by countless other doctors I have seen. She is very easy to have a conversation with and I trusted her immediately. She is extremely responsive when you have a question or concern. She will get back to you very, very quickly where as other doctors you feel as though you are bothering them when you try to track them down. Not so with Dr. Buonopane, she will always get back to you quickly. I am extremely happy with my experience with her and would not even think of another provider for this service.

Horrible doctor. Had flashback in her office, ran out. She never even tried to help me. Instead decided to drop me as a patient. Left me without medications and could have killed me with the medication combination she had me on. Never ever see this woman, she is horrible!!

Dr. B lietally saved my sisters life. It’s sad to see so many people attacking such a wonderful and caring physician such as herself.

Dr is a very nice lady. Unfortunately, there were too many obstacles to continue with her. It's almost impossible to get a person on the phone to schedule an appointment.. and if you have an emergency, your basically screwed! Also, she is constantly running behind schedule so prepare to wait for a long while! If she does NOT agree with you or ANY type of medication you're taking, she will threaten to dismiss you as a patient. It's her way or the highway! Another reason I left the practice. But the main reason I left was after needing a RX refilled because SHE rescheduled my apt, it was LITERALLY impossible to get in contact with her!! I had to pay to see another Dr somewhere else just so I had my prescription. The pharmacy I use absolutely hates dealing with her because they NEVER can reach her by phone. But...my favorite is when she leaves for vacation, with no one to cover her patients in need of medical care or anwser calls. So once again, your screwed! I DO NOT recommend this Dr!!!!! She is fantastic. I am trying to make a comment on my experience of seeing Doctor Buonopane. But I was very upset and disappointed by the attacking and vicious comments on her beautiful clinical. I have been suffering from addiction for many years until I was referred to her by one of my friends. She is absolutely professional . I have totally and completely confidence in her. Awful!!! DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR. Receptionist can barely speak english! She's unorganized! I took off work to see her, but after waiting a 1/2 hour, she said I wasn't on the schedule.
