The whole experience was smooth and easy. I felt very comfortable with Dr. Paine. He has a great bedside manner and very thorough. All of the nurses and staff members were very nice and pleasant. The anesthesiologist was great! Very easy to talk to as well. I usually get sick after and didn't at all this time. I'm extremely pleased. Would not recommend this dr. If I could give a zero star I would. Arrived for a 1 o’clock appointment and a note was on the checkin desk that said “in a meeting”. Ok no big deal … thought they may be at lunch. Time passes, patients continue to walk-in ( but can not check in). It was standing room only with 15 patients in the room including one on a gurney in the middle of the room. 1:50 rolls around and still no one at the desk to check-in and dr still not seeing patients. I decided to leave along with 3 others as if he is this far behind checking patients in because of a meeting we can only gather how long it will take to be seen. I waited several hours but before closing time to reschedule the appointment and explain my frustration with what happen to Danielle. But she has a few choice words to me saying a note was left and continued the conversation with a VERY bad attitude. Not sure how this practice can continue to stay open with employees and staff treating patients with disrespect. Never seen Dr Payne so can’t give him a review but his practice needs an overhaul of staff. Would not recommend this dr. If I could give a zero star I would. I was recommemded for nasal surgery turbinate revision with sinus involvement nearly a year ago. I had to have clearances from all of my physicians. I contacted danielle from dr paines office and she said they received clearances but it may be several weeks b4 I am scheduled. I have repeatedly called the office but no-one returns my call. I do NOT recommend this office for anything. Dr Paine was very nice upon initial visit but his office people are terrible. Called last week and Danielle stated she would call me back. Never happened. I'll never go back. The man made me feel like a POS of a human being. I went bc I'm deaf in my right ear. He sends me for qn MRI. Said they don't know why I'm deaf but I do have gliosis in my brain & wanted me to see a Neurologist. Im still waiting on that appointment. And hearing him talking abt me before coming into my room. My sister made an appointment with Dr. Paine. She had covid-19 in September and still hasn’t regained her taste and smell. The staff at Dr. Paine’s office treated her like a leper and made her leave! Dr. Paine refused to see her. She doesn’t have covid any longer, but the staff talked awful to her. How disgraceful and unprofessional! I just can't believe the reviews I've read. Dr. Paine did surgery on my nose today, I found the Dr. and his staff very pleasant and professional. I was very comfortable and pleased with the results. I would refer him to everyone.

Very patient with me and listened to what I had to say, tried new things when treatment not working.

I wish I would have listened to the other reviewer, but I thought she just had a miscommunication or something. This doctor does not have any patient skills at all. He treated me as if I was a case study in a book and not a person sitting in the chair in front of him. When he asked me questions about my issues he treated me as if I was dumb and very incompetent. I waited in the waiting room for one hour after my scheduled appointment time just to see him, be treated with disrespect and sent away without solving my issue. The front office staff never followed up after the appointment even though I was told I would receive a call. I would not recommend going to this doctor. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go to Dr. Paine! He only cares about money and does NOT care about his patients. I had tonsil surgery with Dr. Paine and I have still to this day never met him. Sounds crazy I know but let me explain. I had a few pre-surgery exams and I never met Dr. Paine once during those exams, aka he never met me or examined me before surgery. I figured tonsils are fairly similar in everyone so it’s weird but not a big deal he didn’t examine me before, I figured he would just go over everything with me on the day of the surgery. Getting prepped for surgery he never came in to see me so I figured that he must only speak to patients and family after the procedure, which was scary to think he has never seen me before and he is about to do surgery on me. I expected to see him after the surgery but again he never came. I thought maybe he talked to my husband before I was awake but nope he never talked to my husband either and my husband was at the hospital the whole time so there was no way he missed him. To this day we have never even got a phone call from Dr. Paine. I did not have a post surgery exam because it is apparently standard at his office not to have follow ups after surgery, which is crazy, so I still have never met or even heard from Dr. Paine. I was having complications with excessive bleeding at one point during my recovery and my husband called Dr. Paine’s office during regular business hours and was never able to get a hold of anyone. He left multiple message on the answering machine at Dr. Paine’s office but no one ever called us back. Absolutely ridiculous! It is a good thing my husband and I are both doctors and were able to handle the situation ourselves. Excessive bleeding is serious and I can’t imagine what would happen to a non-medically trained person having complications since Dr. Paine obviously doesn’t care. Being a doctor I can tell you that Dr. Paine’s protocol is far from standard protocol, he is simply a doctor who only cares about the money and not about the patients. I originally wanted to have my surgery with Dr. Blaine but he was booked out farther than Dr. Paine and I was pushed for time so I went with Dr. Paine instead, huge mistake! I will never refer any of my patients to Dr. Paine after how I was treated there. For all ears, nose and throat problems I recommend everyone see Dr. Blaine and that is who I will be going to from now on. If I could give zero stars I would. Do NOT go to Dr. Paine! Love the office staff! Most often see the PA, Lauren, but she is excellent and to see a PA in the modern age of medicine that we are in is very understandable....use the physician's time for surgery, etc. They offer a wide variety of services and our family has used them all--allergy, skin issues and of course, ENT. Wait times can be a little lengthy and sometimes hard to get in with.

I went to Dr. Paine for continuous sinus problems. I had a sinus surgery and have had complete relief for several years. The staff and physician were all attentive and I felt my care was managed well.

I lost partial hearing in my left ear rather suddenly. I saw this doctor for 5 months, had countless expensive tests and on my final visit he thought it was my first visit. I had to tell him my whole story from the beginning all over again. Does he even look at the patient's chart? Going to get a second opinion. His final opinion on my ear? You have hearing loss but we don't know why. Gee, I figured that out months ago. Thanks for nothing.
