Judy the lady that checks patients in was very friendly smiling the whole time. I do not know the names of Dr. Bhatti’s staff they seem friendly. Dr. Bhatti was in and out fast he seemed nice.

The ladies at the front office were great! But my problem was I did more paperwork and had a lady said she was going to be back with test results and never came back. The Dr. maybe came in for about a minute or less. Never explained anything!

Dr Bhatti is very nice and I’m sure a good Dr. I am disappointed in the hospital system that takes 2 weeks to get on a waiting list for an xray of chest to look for pneumonia For a very sick 74 yr old after a month from finding a fractured vertebrae.

Excellent service once your there. Expect at least 20 minute wait on any phone call. Have called several times and always had to wait at least 20 minutes or MORE.

Dr Bhatti is excellent. He is so attentive, caring and listens to you! I so happy he is my Dr!

Front desk was courteous and helpful and the Dr was quick but very efficient. A very positive experience.

Very rude and unprofessional! Had to wait over two hours to be seen, and he was in and out. Acts like he cares about your time as a patient, when in reality his words and actions show he cares more about his time!

He is thorough with exam and treatment plan.

Dr. Bhatti is my pulmonary doctor. He is proficient and explains everything. I recommend him as a good doctor. I give him 5 stars

Dr Bhatti quickly assessed my current status with my sleep apnea and using the CPAP machine, suggesting a slight adjustment and sent me on my way!!!

Dr Bhatti give me very little time to discuss my situation and he is the only pulmonologist in town.

Dr said he was doing a breathing test, Left the room, never returned, had to catch him in the hall to note prescription refills needed. Never was able to discuss my lung issues with him, acted as if he does not have time for patients, left without all my issues being addressed .

Dr.Bhatti definitely knows his stuff. Keeps up with all the latest research. Cares about his patients health

I do not like having to wear a mask, but both Doctor Bhatti and his staff are very professional and courteous. He has taken care of me for many years now.

Dr. Is always kind and thorough although efficient with his time with me. He is patient to answer questions and his answers reveal the depth of his expertise with pulmonary health.

I devoted 22 years of my life working for specialists and was pleasantly surprised when I went with Dr Bhatti. He runs on schedule but always has enough time to spend with each patient and makes you feel as though you are the only one in the office that morning. He keeps your studies current and is willing to discuss them making sure you understand the results. He is a #10!! I think Dr. Bhatti is thorough I just feel rushed and that he’s not listening when he probably is. I wished Dr’s spent more time actually looking at their patients and less on a computer.

Quick visit from the doctor; all staff were very pleasant and professional. First visit—quite a positive experience. On subsequent visits I would like for Dr Bhatti to be more communicative—his staff all praise how smart and thorough he is but he doesn’t take a lot of time with patients.

Great pulmonary doctor, always out to help the patient.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. Dr. Bhatti came into the room, spent less than two minutes listening to my breathing and asked a couple of questions. When he left, I had to ask the staff if my appointment was over, because I wasn’t sure if it was. And for this appointment I was charged $438!!!

This office has problems with returning phone calls. It might be the staff, but , ultimately, the doctor is accountable. I cannot recommend a medical office that cares so little about patient care that they cannot return a phone call. Just think about what is important when seeking a medical professional.

Dr. rushed, but he always is. Staff efficient and friendly.

Dr. Bhatti is a great doctor and I have enjoyed being his patient for the last several years. Sometimes I think he’s in too big of a rush moving from one patient to another. But he always ends up taking excellent care.

Dr Bhatti did not discuss any of the diagnoses that the assessment and plan stated he discussed.
