Dr. Bruce Carpenter is truly exceptional! From the moment I entered the doors to his office, I felt welcomed, cared for, and completely at ease. Dr. Carpenter went above and beyond to make sure that my complete health and wellness were his first priority during my emergency visit this week. Dr Carpenter and his staff, Shelly, were extremely knowledgable and personable and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable and received all I needed during after my accidental fall from a ladder. They treated my broken limbs and calmed me with there collective experience hands. Dr Carpenter is inviting and his beautiful staff members were friendly and helpful in every way. I will continue to use Dr Carpenter as my primary doctor and was beyond happy I found him and Shelly in my time of need. Thank you for taking such good care of me!! I had almost no waiting time after arriving. The staff was super friendly and after weighing me I was escorted to a room to wait on the doctor. I thought I would be there a while but doctor Carpenter was in the room within 4 minutes. Dr. Carpenter took the time to listen to me and was very patient and did not rush at all. All of my questions and concerns were answered. I feel very confident with Dr. Carpenter and his staff.

Experience was fine. Afterward impossible to call their office, all I got was a long winded recording. I had a message, garbled, that maybe a test result was in. I would like to know the test result. I would also like to know why Testosterone was not included in my annual test?
