He answered all my questions and deftly performed the necessary surgeries. The eye had completely blacked out and as it turned out the second eye was prey to the same malady. Great! I felt safe from Covid with the measures they took at the office. Short wait time made it even better. Staff was personable, friendly and efficient and Dr. Mallick was thorough and concerned.

The office staff was very professional. I like that even though there seemed to be a long wait time the office ran very efficiently. I was nervous that based on the amount of patients in the waiting room that I would be there a long time. That was not the case.

I am a new patient to Dr. Mallick and was very happy with his kindness. Dr. Mallick took the time to explain everything to me and was very thorough.

Dr. Mallick was wonderful. He was kind and patient and answered my many questions, even though I was the last patient of the night. The entire staff from intake to nurses and technicians were wonderful as well.

Had a pleasant visit. Dr. Mallick listened to my questions and answered them for me. Very friendly & professional.

It was the Saturday after the Christmas holiday. I had issues with the vitreous pulling away causing a bleed behind the eye and there were flashes of light in my vision. I called the emergency number because the office was closed, but within 15 minutes Dr. Mallick called back. He told me to come to the office to meet him and he would open up. He did a thorough examination and put me at ease, explaining everything and taking the time to answer all my questions. I'm expecting to return in two days so he can re-check my eye. He also said not to hesitate to call him if I have any concerns. I am truly impressed with his knowledge and kind bedside manner. I wouldn't hesitate to see or recommend him. Thank you

I have been to 4 different eye doctors (including 2 others in this group) for my macular degeneration. Without hesitation, I can attest that Dr. Mallick is the best. His technique of giving the shots in the eyes is painless. It was over before I knew it!

Everything is shut down due to COVID. I was losing vision and Dr. Mallick opened up just to evaluate and treat me. He went through the effort of wearing a sheild to cover up and protect everyone. An absolute hero

I had a detached retina while in Las Vegas; my surgery was 10 days after the detachment, when I got back to Albany. Dr Mallick fixed my eye, re-attached the retina. If he is your surgeon, you can relax. He is an excellent surgeon.

Excellent...I saw Dr. Mallick for a recheck after retina eye surgery...he was very thorough, explained everything and has great bedside manner! This office of eye specialists is a great office, from the doctors right down to receptionists! I commend this office as it is run very efficiently and all the workers are great!
