Dr. Zohreh Mahdavi

Not helpful or empathetic. Prescribed a medicine that didn't work and refused to try anything else. Said she didn't know anything about my condition.

When I got off the Google Duo visit I felt like crying. She wouldn't answer any questions I had and said she doesn't know, she didn't care at all, she pushed me on other neurologist. The visit I had with her haunts me. She said she doesn't know. You think for 30 years of experience you would know.

She had not reviewed my chart before seeing me. She would not talk about possible diagnosis or outcomes until all tests were done. Would not talk about any other neurological concerns as I would need to schedule a new appointment. Would not tell me what her clinical findings were for her diagnosis. She is a robot and has no feeling for your patients.

Long term patient of Dr Mahdavi. She is knowledgeable thorough and kind.

Did not clearly understand the most up to date information and research in my condition, which resulted in her putting me through a test that was dangerous for my condition.
