Many years ago, Dr. Zina was able to get our very active and uncooperative 4-year-old in the dental chair when others had failed. It involved a treasure chest, kind words, and a sprayer called Mr. Squiggly (something like that). It worked, and I knew that I had found the dentist I had been looking for! My son is now 29, and Dr. Zina is still my dentist. I appreciate her skills, patience, and understanding, and I highly recommend her.

Was able to make an appointment for the same week when I called. They attended to me quickly and efficiently and were able to get all dental work done within two visits. Highly recommend Dr. Zina and her staff if you are looking for someone who will get to you as quickly as possible and do a thorough job.

Another great experience with Dr. Zina and her staff. Everyone is very caring and thorough, from the front desk personnel to Dr. Zina. She is on the cutting edge of the latest dental treatments and technology, without pressuring you into costly, unnecessary procedures (as I experienced with my former dentist). Dr. Zina and her team are amazing. I love the fact that Dr. Zina is the one who clean my teeth. She is very professional and really cares about her patients’ teeth.

My son is in a wheelchair and the office accommodates him whenever he visits. They are pleasant and thoroughly explain the processes. We go every 3 months and always have had a good experience.

I love Dr. Alathari. I was recommended to her by one of my very close friends and she hasn't disappointed. She is also very personable and takes the time to get to know you and your needs. The cleaning visits are quick and she gives excellent recommendations. My teeth feel amazing! Just recommended my fiance to her.

Dr. Alathari was very matter of fact, which is a trait I admire. She didn't tell me anything I hadn't been expecting since I knew several of my teeth and fillings were needing repair. I have been a long time patient of Dr. Alathari - about 20 years. Her expertise and bedside manner are excellent. I have never had reason to doubt her recommendations. In fact, she recommended I not wait too long to get a root canal in an infected molar during a recent visit and sure enough, I started to develop pain a week or so later and had to schedule treatment with my endodontist.

Pros: The staff was friendly. When I accidentally cancelled my appointment the morning before, they were able to still see me despite the mix-up. Also, when the filling they gave me still felt sharp with my retainer in place a few days later, they didn't make me wait to sand it down. Cons: There are many. - They told me prices for services based on a dental plan that is not mine, although they had my plan member number and the directory readily available to them to accurately quote me the right prices. - When my exam and filling went long, they told me to come back the next day to have them finished. This would be fine, except that they went on to charge me and my insurance for two exams, thus using up the only two exams my insurance would pay for, when the services done were only one exams over two sessions. - They sent me an incorrect bill for at least $200 over the correct amount. They corrected this bill when I contacted them, and told me they would also correct the claim with my dental insurer. They did not. This meant that they had still incorrectly "used up" the only exams my insurer allowed me. I spoke with Rasha in billing at least four times by phone, and was promised each time that she would resubmit a corrected claim with my dental insurer, but she never did. To promise your customers actions multiple times and then to simply not do them is very bad customer service and erodes all trust. - The only way this was resolved was for me to spend hours on the phone with my dental insurer, mail a physical, printed, formal grievance to my insurer, who finally worked with Zina's office to correct the claim. I can now finally use the exam they incorrectly took, but this whole process took over six months and many frustrating hours of my time to be resolved. I will not be returning, which is a shame, because they seemed very personable. Pros: The staff was friendly. This Dental office is amazing. Staff took good care of me and the dentist made me feel so welcomed and comfortable! I highly recommend!! They will carefully explain every procedure to you so you know exactly what you need done. Excellent prices as well.

I have been going to Dr. Zina and Assoc for a couple of years now!! I can't say enough good things about the dentists and the staff, friendly, patient and always can fit me in when I have an emergency! I will never use another dentist!!

I've been seeing Dr Alathari for almost 2 years - she explains everything she's doing and makes sure you're comfortable. Her staff are great and knowledgeable. Lastly - I never have to wait for my appointment. She's on time, all the time.

My husband Eric had a broken tooth. We have had such a hard time finding a dentist with follow through and knowledge. We found Dr. Alathari and he now has a crown made in a three-d machine and it couldn't have gone better. The entire process took a day and he is going back for regular dental care. Both Doctors are very pleasant and courteous. They are patient and understand that I am very anxious when it comes to dental work.
