Excellent family doctor.
A true gem as an internist. Since she began helping me, she not only works to resolve my health issues, but is kind, caring, and is easy to communicate with. Dr. Alba always listens carefully, thus catching certain factors that others might miss. I feel blessed to have her as one of my IU doctors.
I virtual visit was barely 2 minutes after a few failed attempts. All she said was you need to have a covid 19 test done. THAT'S IT!! NO Follow up on results or anything.
Dr Alba has been my Primary care Physician for over 2 years. I find her to be professional and caring. Recently she went above and beyond and found the Diagnosis for a problem that suddenly appeared. She contacted me immediately about my abnormal lab results and arranged an immediate referral for continued care. She listened and followed up to make sure I was doing better. I am glad to be her patient.

let me just say she is like Dr Jekyll and Mr. Hyde! First visit -Great! Second- she was very rude - she just stared at me from the minute she entered the room. Mind you, I gave her no reason to act so disrespectful. She needs a lot of work on her bedside mannerism! I won’t go back! Staff is great though, unfortunately. She is very judgmental and hateful to say the least! So if you want a Dr with a good bedside & doesn’t Judge you before she sees you and gets to know you, —don’t go to Dr Alba
