Dr. Basrawala has been my husband's trusted doctor for quite awhile. In the times I have been with my husband, the doctor has been wonderful:. Compassionate, kind and never rushes you. He explains everything and welcomes questions. The staff are all of the same character. This has been a most unprofessional doctor's office. Appointment availability is tough. Once you get it, the doctor is in a hurry to finish up. If I talk about more than one issue, he mentions that I need to take another appointment. They didn't even send the xray request to the lab. They charge you as a regular visit for reviewing reports.

Dr. Basrawala is the kindest physician who really cares deeply for his patients. Ive seen many other doctors and none compare to his professionalism, care and detail to every health issue I've had!

Dr. Basrawala had to deliver some unfortunate news to my husband(Cancer). But I could not have hoped for a better delivery. He stayed and answered all our questions, and discussed all the treatments options as well. He was so patient and compassionate. He spent 1 hour with us!! Then he literally walked us to the door! Best Dr I've ever experienced first hand. He is truly a amazing Surgeon and Doctor.
