They are not professional and they are careless

I have been to the south riding office a month back . The front waiting room represents the practice- unorganized, unprofessional and messy !! Magazines and kids toys are all over the place , check in desk is crowded with more magazines , pamphlets and a lot of papers. This office do not seem to know that nurses and front desk staff are two different professions because the nurses themselves checks you in , do the co-pay , and verify the ID & Insurance. I think they do the insurance claims and paperwork as well. !! After you check in and a long wait you will be assisted by the same nurse to do the vitals , she writes it down on a sticky note .Please note you are not provided with any paper to fill in your family history or other details the first time you go there. While you are in the treatment room the nurse ask you some random questions (according to her wish) from computer screen(thank goodness they have computers ) . So I dont think they have it in their system I have a family history of diabetes or cholesterol.!!She never asked me !! I have been to different practices in No VA area and this is the first one not to have a patient portal where you can see your vitals, lab results and prescription details etc from every visit. Please understand that Aldie, South Riding, Brambleton and Ashburn area is new community with mostly young people and we can handle a little bit of technology. I am not expecting a self check in or nurses entering vitals in an iPad kinda facility like some other practices in the same building. I am thankful to God if I am got my own blood test results. because this is how I see this office works. Nurse comes and draw your blood to 3-4 vials which are not marked with my name or labelled anything. She takes you to the front desk with all the vials in her hand (not in a tray or not bundled together with a band ) leaves it on the counter and does your co pay card swiping and receipt etc etc. Not sure if she mixes it with the other nurse's collection of vials on the desk ! I am not sure if I want to go back :( The doctor and staff were nice , but the practice needs to be more professional and organised. I have been to the south riding office a month back . I took my mother in law for routine check up. From front desk to seeing the Dr had a wonderful experience.

My wife and I are patients of Dr. Govil. We find her office very accommodating and staff is very friendly. Dr Govil is willing to listen and shows tremendous care and concern for each of her patients. We feel very fortunate for her care and love.

I had a pleasant experience with Dr Govil. Found her online and found the staff and office to be very efficient and helpful. They are next to the hospital so it was easy to also get my X-Ray done on the same day. Dr Govil was sound in her judgement and diagnosed my issues correctly. I am glad i came to see her.

found the doctor online. Dr Sharayu Sawant was once of the sweetest and knowledgeable doctors i have met. I had some complex issues and she addressed them all. She was very calm, quiet and listened very patiently. I was able to discuss the problems in details. Staff spoke Spanish so it was easy for me to communicate some tough words.
