Dr. Zahra Butool Ahmed

Dr. Ahmed is amazing but Mariam at the front desk is horrible. Never experience customer service like this. I’m guessing this is why the turnover in this office is so high.

Poor customer service untrained staff

Dr. Ahmed is all about the money she never tells you about preventative care she just want to put you on all these different medications then she’ll tell you to take a medication that says may cause cancer or say take aleve or ibuprofen which I just read up on causes kidney problems it’s just time for me to move on

Ive been seeing Dr Ahmed for 4 years. She is a very nice and pleasant. But, for a while now i’ve felt like alot of my concerns are over looked and always related to anxiety or stress. So it hinders me from coming in when i feel something is off. Also, wait times for appointments are very long. I sometimes wait 30 mins just to be seen. Dr Zahra is best doc around!

I have been going to Dr. Ahmed since 2015 and I definitely recommend her. She clearly explains my condition and treatments and always takes time answering my questions. I never feel rushed when talking with her about any concerns.

I was there for an annual physical exam including blood work. The physical took like 2 minutes, and only lifted my legs and arms, they did not collected blood and instead referred me to a lab. Total waste of my time. I will be going to a different doctor to get a full examination.

The last two times I’ve visited her office there has been issues. After the first bad experience, I decided to give them another chance. I come back again and it’s terrible. I feel like it’s been a complete waste of time. I like doctor’s who seek to help their patience not seek to get some money from their patience. Both times I waited 30 minutes to be seen and both times like took 2 minutes to see me and address any concerns. The absolute worst practice. I went in for persisting shoulder pain. Dr. Ahmed was sympathetic and efficient in her explanation of what would help me. She listened to all my symptoms and helped me find the appropriate words for what I was trying to explain. She took time to show me how my muscles should work vs what they were doing at the time and even gave me some exercise moves to try when the shoulder healed. She explained the use of the medication she gave me, telling me what they were for and how they work. I would unhesitatingly go back to her. The office may not seem like much but she is all they really need in there!

The best .

Dr. Ahmed is one of the most caring doctors you will ever meet. Rarely will you find a doctor who will call you after hours to reassure you of test results. Her staff is professional and warm as well.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed for the past five years. She is an excellent doctor and really cares about her patients. I especially love her natural insights to problems. Highly recommend her!
