Very satisfied with the quality of care.
Overall positive experience.
Dr Awan is fair, PA Counseling is very poor. Office staff member Evelyn, I requested a script (they have a crazy 7-day policy that you must call 7 days prior to running out). I informed her Thursday, she indicated she'd call it in Friday, she actually waited until the following Tuesday, then she told me to try and take it every other day (instead of how it was prescribed). This caused my mail-order Rx to issue an override and I was supposed to do a local pickup, but I couldn't drive at the time due to illness and was forced to Uber $$$ ! Always a lousy attitude too. They also make you see a psychologist as often as possible (money scheme). When I asked him if a med I was taking was carcinogenic, he replied, " Usually this med is used short term and there's never a problem, but you've been taking this nearly 30 years, we don't know what's mutating inside of you !" To a patient he diagnosed with anxiety disorder.
