Dr. Msallaty was great. He explained all of my options to me in detail and patiently answered all of my questions.

Absolutely a wonderful experience, Dr. Msallaty is great to work with and very caring about your health.

Dr. Msallaty was extremely professional and caring. There is nothing better than when your doctor rallies in your progress which encourages you to keep up the good work. You, Dr. Msallaty, is the best!

Very professional and knowledgeable !!

I learned so much from this Doctor!!! He listen & is honest. He explains things to you understand what's going on! I trust & believe in him! I've learned more in 1 meeting then I learned in twenty years with another doctor. He's a true blessing!

Dr. Msallaty did an excellent job of explaining my results and giving me options on how to keep my diabetes under control.

Receptionist was very excellent you had a good hospitality and was very kind patient the doctor was very good I'm very understanding and did all he could to help me I appreciate him we need more doctors like him

My first Virtual Appointment! Still Dr Msallty took the time to thoroughly go over my needs and my meds, I am happy I chose him to be my Dr!!

Excellent Physician, and Staff! Exactly what should be expected in our medical field!

My first visit went well. I appreciated the fact that Dr.Msallatty listened to me. Also, he read and made copies of all of the paperwork that I gave him. Staff was extremely rude. Left me on hold several times, once for 11 minutes while trying to cancel an appointment. When trying to speak to a supervisor about my issue the receptionist purposely hung up on me. Shouldn’t visit this practice unless you can afford to have reception cost you the price of a doctors visit.

I saw Dr Msallaty only once but he was very nice and respectful. He didn't rush our appointment and explained things very thoroughly. He seemed very knowledgeable about my medical problems. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him as a doctor.

Excellent Doc.! He listened and we discussed problems and solutions... Knowledgeable, Quiet, respectful. Great Staff. I would recommend Doc to everyone. Honest and open... if he doesn't have the answer he will ask the questions and find the answer. He took my A1C from 11 - 6 in less than 1 year.... That is a true Doc. interested in Healing. I hope that this gets out... Listen to him he knows his business.

Doesn't listen, doesn't take into account some things are starting and doesn't bother to research the side effects of medications he prescribes.

my primary care doctor had already run blood tests to find out that I have thyroid issues & sent me to an endocrinologist. This endocrinologist dismissed my questions and symptoms and kept asking me what I did to myself to cause such symptoms rather than treating a patient referred to him with confirmed thyroid problems. He ended the appointment by cutting me off mid-sentence, claimed I might just be pregnant & ordered a pregnancy test, but had the test results comfirming thyroid problems.

He's a quiet man but very thorough. Very nice and got me the answers I needed!

I was referred to Dr. Msallaty by my family provider to follow up on my history of thyroid cancer.I was seen on time and he explained my problems well. He also answered the questions I had. He did some blood tests and I was given the results in 24 hours and my meds were adjusted. Thank you Dr. Msallaty and your staff.

Staff was great! Dr. Msallaty was a bit rude, arrogant, not at all personable or warm. Very short answering questions. Seemed as though he could hardly wait to move on. If next appointment is same, we will find another doctor!
