I cannot express how grateful I am for Dr. Torgersen. I came in and it was determined after my exam I had an abscess. Dr. Torgersen took the time to explain my diagnosis with me and what needed to be done. He was very thorough and patiently answered all my questions with kindness and compassion. He was able to get me scheduled for surgery immediately and I'm so impressed by his bedside manner and the care I received. Happy to be on the road to recovery! Thank you so much Dr. Torgersen. I was hospitalized with diverticulitis and Dr Torgersen was the specialist that saw me. He really listened to me and genuinely cared about me and my condition. He is always kind, respectful and personable. We talked about all options that might help my condition, instead of the “eat more fiber and get more exercise” that I’ve heard from every other doctor. I do eat well, get exercise, and am in good physical shape. I am very happy with Dr Torgersen and the care that I’ve received from him.

I was in the hospital twice within five months with the same condition. I was fortunate enough to have Dr. Torgersen as my surgeon. My follow up after surgery was just last week and I was able to tell Dr. Zach how happy I was with his work, bedside manner, professionalism and follow up. Ten stars for this surgeon. I highly recommend him to ANYONE with colon or rectum issues - you can't go wrong.
