I have a bunion on my right foot so when I mentioned this to my primary Dr she recommended Dr Nellis I have been very pleased with him. He took the time to go over everything from my surgery to the recovery. I would recommend him to anyone with foot problems

Dr. Nellas is the absolute best doctor and I am very thankful for his knowledge and expertise in treating my toe and the surgery that corrected my problem. He takes his time with you and explains in detail what your options are and you get to decide what option you like the best. I totally recommend him for all of your foot needs. His staff is also knowledgeable and considerate. My experience with his office staff has been awesome.

The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Nellas was very knowledgeable, asked many questions, and explored different diagnosis and treatments. Most of all, he explained everything very clearly, was personable and a good communicator.

DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL. I went to him for my toe and the whole time he seemed very rushed. He was not nice or welcoming at all and when I was hesitant about what I wanted to do he got up and told me to leave. Even my parents agree that he was very rude and we will not be going back.

I went to Dr. Nellas a few years ago on a recommendation after previously going to another office and receiving the worst care for a fractured foot. I am also a cyclist and was worried I wouldn’t be able to ride my bike, which the other Dr. told me I could not do. Dr. Nellas was a great communicator and also helped me get fitted for orthotics for my shoes. Dr. Nellas is the best! Years ago I was scheduled for surgery with an orthopedic physician. I contacted Dr. Nellas for a second opinion and I'm so happy I did. He corrected my issue with an in-office procedure. I have since seen him for other issues and his diagnoses are spot on. His method of care is conservative and has always corrected my issues. Very competent doctor and staff.

Zachary Nellas is one of the better doctors around. 1 - He listens to the patient. 2 - He spends real time with the patient 3 - He shows genuine concerns in his patient 4 - He does NOT pay more attention to a computer in the exam room rather than the patient, in fact I don't think he even has a computer in his exam room! He is personable, easy to talk to. He explains in detail what is going on with the patient. Listen folks, Doctor's are our real "Super Stars" and unfortunately they are human, prone to mistakes and not given a crystal ball upon medical graduation. This doctor is a KEEPER despite being human! I can safely say Zachary would go above and beyond to help his patience. So work with him! FTR: I went to him for an ingrown, painful toenail. After a year the blasted thing hurts again. This is not the Doc's fault, he has no control in how the nail grew back. I highly recommend this practice. My primary care physician recommended Dr Nellas. In almost 5 years as a patient, have experienced no unpleasantness whatsoever. The doctor, Sevi, and Catherine are efficient, kind and have acted professionally with me. On my first visit, one thing that greatly impressed me was the small number of seats in the waiting area so I rarely have to wait past my appointed time. The practice I left had more than 20 and I was never seen on time. Accessing the restroom has not been an issue. My husband and my sister are now patients. We appreciate that they remember little personal details gained from long past conversations. We choose to drive to this practice, roundtrip, 75 miles every 10 weeks. Making an appointment was very easy. Dr. Nellas’ office is very clean, comfortable, practicing “social distancing,” and all are using face masks. He is very personable, kind and professional, and makes you feel very calm. He did a thorough exam, xrays and some treatment on my feet. Dr. Nellas explained in detail all my options for any possible future surgery, and recommended waiting until it may be more necessary to proceed. Dr. Nellas is an absolutely wonderful foot doctor (that I would HIGHLY recommend to anyone) and who I have known for many years now. He has provided superb and excellent foot care to my daughter and to me for the past 10 years now. That being said, on the contrary, I would have to say that his current front receptionist could use a few more lessons in friendliness, courtesy and grace which prevented him in receiving 5 stars which he so deserves in my humble opinion.

I had went to Dr. Nellas for a second opinion. I was in so much pain and was limping when I went to Dr. Nellas, almost in tears. Come to find out, I was misdiagnosed by the previous specialist I was going to. Dr. Nellas performed surgery on my ankle. After a few months of PT and follow ups with Dr. Nellas, I had never felt better. At every appointment I had with Dr. Nellas, he provided phenomenal bedside manner. His staff always accommodated and assisted me. They all were very patient. Anytime I called and had a medical question, Dr. Nellas would always call me back and communicate with me directly. It felt great to have a doctor actually call you directly. I recommend Dr. Nellas to anyone. I've referred people to him actually and they've had great experiences also. Last year, I was having sharp foot pains for a few weeks. It was my first foot related injury so I didn't know who to see. Dr. Nellas knew within one minute what the problem was and was able to quickly treat it. My foot was good as new within the day. He's very personable and friendly. I went back today and he was knowledgeable and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely recommend him.
