Will not see you unless you have insurance. Would not call back and when we did call the receptionist was rude and hung up on us.

This lady is a joke! Helped fasten my grandmother's death. Thanks Dr. Novak you're communication and reckless decisions will always make me remember your worthless name.

I don't know how to rate this. The staff was nice enough but I need to cancel my appointment which is in 2 day-time and no one answers the phone. No way to leave a message. No email. I don't want to do a no show but have no choice.

I have been Dr. Novak patient for almost 15 years she is great, but her staff is getting worst every year. Every visit I'm waiting at list hour from my schedule time till I can see her. I request refill on my prescription thru my pharmacy and was denied, because I have to seen a doctor first. Nobody from a doctor office bother to call me, finally when I figure out what is taking so long, I call office and they couldn't schedule my appointment for another week. Now I'm out of my medication, even they promise they will send prescriptions to my pharmacy. I have to schedule appointment with different doctor just to get them. Very disappointed.

Great doctor and staff, very busy but somehow makes herself available when i need to be seen. Very knowledgeable and thorough always to the point and does not waste my time or hers. Would greatly recommend.

Slipshod medical practices. Medications grossly overprescribed. Appears to have only a limited knowledge of medical protocol and procedures except as they might apply to monetary self-enrichment.

Dr. Novak is wonderful. Her office staff has improved greatly, now that Trish is gone!

She is a very good and through doctor, she cares and is trust worthy, I have been seeing her for many years and will continue to do so :).

Dr Novak is very thorough and she herself has excellent follow through. Her office staff and scheduling however leaves much to be desired. We were treated very unprofessionally on many occasions. When we have an appointment it takes at least an hour in the waiting room. When an appointment is canceled because the doctor isn’t in, they hesitate to reschedule. Bottom line the staff isn’t “user friendly” in our opinion. We were treated very rude by the staff on more than on occasion. So sad.

Dr Novak has been my primary physician since 1995 and is a caring, careful caregiver. She listens, she tests, she monitors. I have moved to another state and wish I could take her with me. She cried with me when my husband died; encouraged me when I was recuperating from colon resection and has seen me through happy times and tough times. She is the best!! Barbara N. Clark

Most thorough Doctor I have ever met. She genuinely cares for her patients and will Nit stop until she finds an answer. Amazing woman and Doctor!

This was a nightmare. Went in for a rash and ended up paying $2000 for tests and services not asked for and not covered by BCBS. I was referred to a dermatologist and never received diagnosis about the rash. I talked to the rude office manager about the billing and couldn't get anywhere. I asked to talk to the DR. She never called. Now 9 months later I get billed for $410. BCBS says they attempted to contact the office. twice and once by letter and they never called back to resolve issues
