Beyond arrogant. I ended up physically disabled and in agony under her care, and she was clueless as to what to do. Couldn't coordinate my care for surgical injury upon moving to Kansas, made demeaning comments and expressed shock that my education extended beyond high school, had me google my own specialists, then accused me of doctor shopping for doing so. A proper office had my referrals and plan of care determined within one appointment. I'll be filing a complaint with the state board against this practitioner.

My mom has been seeing DrCrabtree for several years and I would go with her. Dr Crabtree always took time to listen to our concerns and was willing to work with us to find appropriate solutions. She was kind and compassionate and her nurse was always helpful. We were sorry to lose her when mom moved.

Nurse and doctor both rude and disrespectful. They treated my concerns as bogus and did not explain anything to me. The doctor was upset when I tried to explain my worries. Several times she referred to my concerns as "your story." It has been very difficult to get ahold of them for test results as well. Do not recommend.

Unfortunately Dr. Crabtree is not someone I would recommend. She is rude, and does not engage patients in a positive manner. Questionable ethics. The practice she is a part of is horrific , and the staff including nurses are extremely rude . Terrible environment Run away

Dr Crabtree and dr stienman are unprofessional vindictive and dr carrie stienman set back w NY mental health by her betrayal of my doctor patient confidentially she should not be practicing psychology I will never trust a psychologist or doctor again! BE VERY AWARE!!!

Took my daughter there who had symptoms of a sinus infection. The nurse and doctor came in to say a strep test needed to be done. I let them know that my daughter had a pretty bad gag reflex and my daughter then said she does not like strep tests. The nurse immediately responded that she loves strep tests. She then proceeded to swab my daughters throat, my daughter backed away and the nurse continued to shove it in causing my daughter to cry. Dr. nor nurse were caring. Dr rude and abrupt.

Shockingly careless. Questionable ethics. Kansas Board of Healing Arts investigation pending.

Dr Crabtree has been my Doctor for 18 years and I have found her to be a caring no non-sense and caring doctor. The Sunflower Group is easy to work with and they have locations convenient to most of the city.

The office is very friendly, organized and clean. It is has a small hometown feel with nice artwork and oldies music playing lightly in the background. Dr. Crabtree is a very kind, knowledgeable and takes time to listen to concerns and issues. I am a new patient, and she has already helped me get back on track and feel a lot better. Her nurses and support staff are all so sweet and calming too. I am thankful to Dr. Yvette Crabtree, the Sunflower Medical Group and my friend who recommend this wonderful place. This healthcare center is small, so you get friendly, personalized service -- a 'small-town' vibe staffed by 'big-city' qualified docs, PA's and nurses. I've been going to Dr. Yvette Crabtree for nearly 10 years, and I highly recommend her. She is professional and highly knowledgeable yet personable, calm and thorough. You don't feel she is racing through to get to her next patient. She gives you her full attention and makes you feel important and listened to -- often a rarity in this profession! Plus, she's as good with adults as with children (my 'tween son has seen her). Best of all, even though she's qualified enough to be arrogant and judgemental, (she's a Johns Hopkins grad!), you won't see anything but genuine care and concern.

BEWARE !!! AVOID AT AL COST...Dr. Crabtree is very insensitive to their patient... and on top of that, don't be surprised if you get diagnosed incorrectly. My pain got worsened after seeing here and the medication she prescribed simple aggravated my condition.Once again Sunflower group has proved that they are very insensitive to patients. I made an appointment for the same day by calling earlier and the office bills us Urgent care charges. When I spoke to the office and the billing department, the folks were very rude and very inconsiderate. The bill from the specialist was less then this doctor... Their service is very expensive even if the insurance company pays it...Save yourself some money... Do NOT go to this practice.
