One of the greatest pediatricians I’ve ever known.

Dr.Sakhai was my pediatrician and now my sons he has been going strong for over 20 yrs. He treats all his patients like there his own and he's very thorough. Love Dr.Sakhai

Best doctor and nurse good with kids

Great bed side manner and customer service! I am 39 and Dr. Sakai was my doctor and my siblings.

Dr. Sakhai is an amazing pediatrician! Very knowledgeable, honest, and really cares for his patients. There is a slight wait, but it is worth it. He goes above and beyond and he is a great children' s advocate when it comes to their health. The staff is very cordial and friendly. I've been taking all of my children since birth - the eldest is now an adult and refuses to see anyone else. Dr. Sakhai is an amazing pediatrician! Perfect doctor and office staff, but waiting time was more than 1 hour and 30 minutes.???? My appointment was at 11am, but we met the doctor at 1pm.

Dr. Sakhai is one of the best.

We LOVE Dr. Sakhai. After switching from an awful pediatrician with the most disorganized staff, we have been at Dr. Sakhai’s office for the last 18 months, and it is night and day. He is very knowledgeable, and will give you very informed advice and explanations. He is AMAZING with my kids. My favorite thing about the appointments with him is how he really spends the time with each kid to get to know them. He talks to them and treats THEM like it’s their appointment. He asked them about school, about how they feel… He spent a good 20 minutes in the exam room with you and your child… Which in this day and age is so rare, our last pediatrician was in an out the door in under two minutes. His staff is the best, if they tell you they’re going to get back to you about something, they always do. They call when they say they’re going to call, they follow up when they say they’re going to follow up… Nurse Bobbie is the greatest, my kids love her, even though she does the shots… She’s very skilled, and will give you all the information about what to expect as far as any side effects for a particular vaccine. We love this office, and have no plans of leaving ever. Well I give it five stars, my advice for scheduling appointments is to try and get yours early in the day, if it all possible. Things can get back job, and sometimes the wait is longer than average, so if getting in and out quickly is what is important for you, this may not be the right office for you. I understand the amount of quality time The doctor spends with my kids is the same as he spends with his other patients, so realistically it’s just not gonna move as fast, but quality requires patience! Waited out side this place for over 30mins. Although their lunch schedule says it’s from 1:30-2:30 they opened the door passed 3pm only to very rudely be told by a receptionist who had been clearly smoking marijuana on her extended lunch “we are closed for the day, you should have gotten a call”. I would never let my kid come back here, And maybe this place should consider drug testing people that work with kids!! Waited out side this place for over 30mins. The vaccine nurse is slow and does not care. We had an appointment with our children multiple times. First appointment she asked us to give her 10 mins for ‘inputting’ took 20 mins and she was clearly doing other things. I asked the nurse for an appointment she asked me to ask Whitly, I asked for a copy of the vaccines she sent me to Whitly. I informed her someone was blocking my car, she asked me to ask the gentlemen in the hallway who checks the height to find out who was blocking my car. I asked her stamp my school form, she said ask Whitly! When I was with whitly making the follow up appointment the phones kept ringing instead of bobie helping answer she just sat in her office typing, finally after the third call whitly asked her to help, she said and I quote “I’m inputting but I’ll put it on hold” I ended up leaving. I love the doctor but the nurse is slow and Whitly has so much she is doing that she gets very busy. There have been times I’ve seen her running from the back to the front to get the phone as bobie and the other lady with the glasses just sat at there desk. For me it shows how much a person cares by what all they do. If Whitly can stop what she’s doing and answer phone calls so can the rest of the staff. That’s why the phone hold times are so LONG. How can one person answer hundreds of calls?? Another thing the older lady in the glasses must be family, she does nothing and is always interrupting. When the nurse finally called me in to get my shots that lady walked in and asked about 100 questions when she saw me sitting there! I’m going to keep bringing my kids here for now because the doctor is so good but this office should consider making changes. As sweet as bobie is she can’t multitask. My family has been coming to this dr for years. Not sure how much longer I can bring my children here. I give Dr Sakhai 5 stars but this review is only getting two because of the other issues. Best doctor good with kids

He's been my child's Pediatrician since I gave birth to him in the hospital. He is an awesome doctor. I love the staff. The Triage nurse is the best.

We know dr Sakhai for 4 year and we are extremely satisfied with him. He his super professional , got lots of experience and everything is done with tons of patience . Any questions he will take the time and explain, Always with a big smile on his face like a good grandpa. My kids loveeee him - a visit to the doctor is fun for them . The girls at the office : Whitny super super professional,will help you in any problem, question right away -with patience and a magical smile all the time. Since our first appointment with Dr Sakhai we felt that he would be an amazing help in taking care of our dear son. great doctor, kind and loving!

I've had this guy as my doctor for years now. He's a wonderful man who is dedicated to his job and makes sure each patient is treated with the best care. His staff is also a great group of people that get the job done at an exceptional level. I'm blessed to have a doctor like him!

It is very obvious that Dr. Sakhai loves what he does. He has an amazing chemistry and it shines through his character. My Daughter is now 5 and we have been going to him since she was born and she loves him! He is very kind and takes his time examining as well as discussing concerns and the outcome of each visit. At times there might be a wait, but I have experienced that it's because, he is making sure to go over everything and he is dealing with children, It requires enormous amount of attention and patience as well. Don't mind the wait at all, as he is worth the wait. At least you know he does his job extremely well and wholeheartedly. His Staff is also very nice and friendly and words can not express how thrilled we are to have him be our girls doctor. He is an empathetic man and loves children. My daughter feels very comfortable around him which makes the visit much easier, as many of you parents may know it can be very difficult to take your kids the doctor's office, but not here. She loves coming here and as a parent I will not accept nothing less than the best medical treatments for my child, and I have surely found that with Dr. Sakhai. He's a very good and caring doctor He was with my baby since she was born at Cedar Sinai hospital And I love the way he took care of my baby and me at the hospital He's a very well knowledgeable and excellent pediatrician But the staff that works at his office is not the best people deal with He's very busy all the time and is hard to be seen by him, I been a crossed with his patients from all ages and I know he's a good doctor but I can't understand his staff But we truly love this Dr.

Dr. sakhai doesn't rash but he takes considerable amount of time to properly diagnose and care for children. You can tell he loves children.

I have been with them sine my oldest daughter was born. She is now 13 yo. He is an amazing doc, don't mind the wait to get in. Very accommodating.

My first time calling to get some information the nurse helped me she was so nice and helpful I had to come in. My experience was great I love the doctor he walked in the room with a alsom vibe he asked questions and show concern. I came from the er and Dr Sakhai showed us more love than the Hospital.

This office patients are mostly medi-cal members so they treat you like a object in a assembly line. The worst part of my experience was the receptionists who answered the phones. The first time I called they told me it was a bad time to call back after the audit.... " umm I was like okay". There was a much more professional way to talk to your patients. When I called back the receptionist in the lowest most annoyed voice told me right away we don't have appointments this week. I don't have medi-cal, I have a private insurance and this doctor was assigned to us. This office needs to work on professionalism no matter what kind of people come through the door. just so shocked at the turn around of this place, sister called me and told me they replaced that receptionist, I will now be coming back. she was so rude. she treated me like I had medi-cal. I already called and made my appointment, it was so easy

Girl in the front is really sweet, very easy to deal with. My kid actually likes going to the office. The Dr. is very very nice and caring. The nurse gave my son vaccines and it was the easiest experience yet. I had no hassle getting an appointment either. this office is turning around. in a good way

Dr. Sakhai and his staff are very caring, professional, friendly and wonderful. The office is very clean and they work with you when there is an emergency appointment needed.

Dr. Sakhai has been my daughter's pediatrician for over 15yrs, and I can not say enough good things about him. I myself am in the healthcare business and work with many doctors and have never come across any doctor that cares and spends so much time with his patient's as Dr. Sakhai. He is extremely knowledgeable and is always the first to offer and provide the latest available procedures for his patients. I am also very happy with his staff, who are very caring and go out of their way to take care of the patients and have been with him for as long as I have been taking my daughters to him and many years prior, which is a testament to Dr. Sakhai and how he runs his practice.
