The waiting time was 1hour 20 minutes. I left the office without being seen by the doctor. If the doctor cannot manage his schedule, you cannot expect that he can manage his health protocols. The worst experience ever.

What a horrible physician, if I could give a 0 rating, I would. My mother has been a patient for 12 years. After her last colonoscopy procedure she became ill, she had fever and diahea. After trying to reach the doctor for several days and receiving cold responses from his awful front desk clerks, he finally picked up the phone. He instructed her to come in for blood work and told her he sent her results to a lab. Meanwhile she is losing weight and clearly has an infection. She called the office 4 days later, front desk once again told her no results and the doctor is busy. Out of no where the doctor himself calls her back and says to come in. He tells her she has no infection but proceeds to give her a prescription for a very strong antibiotic. Thank Gd she went for a second opinion, the new doctor told her results were never sent to the lab (they called the lab), he basically fabricated her lab results and gave her an infection. Avoid him at all possible cost. It's appalling how dismissive and openly uncaring this doctor is. I was assigned certain procedures at the first visit. When came to see the doctor the second time I was familiarized with the results and ... expected to leave right after. This doctor had no desire to work with me or to help me. The worst bedside manner I have even seen. My sonogram results found stones in my gal bladder which was unexpected and wasn't the reason I came to see the doctor in the first place. Friendly & professional.

Very professional doctor. Listen to the patient problems and gives the advices. The office is very nice and clean. The office stuff is very professional and nice. The waiting time in the office was very reasonable.

Office stuck in stone age. No way to pay bills online, expect you to come in and then want to charge a fee to pay by credit cards. Dr makes you come in for unnecessary appointments just to charge your insurance and get a co pay out of you.

I have been to the Dr. A few times and everytime i have an appointment i am greeted and treated kindly. The staff is helpfull and takes time to walk you through the whole process from the moment you step in to the moment you leave. The dr. Is is very kind, caring, and proffesional. He answers all my questions and if he is a bit busy which we all can be, the receptionists and nurses always have been able to answer my questions as well. Unprofessional doctor can breake your life! I was patient of doctor P. within 1 year. You have to wait 2 hours,before you see the doctor 5 min. He's always in a hurry. He doesn't have a time to hear what's your complain's about.He did gastroscopy twice,but didn't provide any solutions to help me. I have seen 7 different doctors(neurologists,endocrinologists)before i came back to gastroenterologists ....Another doctor found problems in first app.(PH24hours test). I lost time.My health is ruined.

Very professional place, staff are very friendly I don't have to wait for a long time to see a doctor, they offer water or tea with cookie. Doctor and nurse explain every details after procedure and make sure that you understand.
