Worst doctor I’ve ever been treated by. Was discharged from the hospital (Queen of the Valley) without them finding the cause of my internal bleeding consequently I ended up going to Huntington Memorial a couple days later with them having to give me an additional 4 units of blood. Dr. Ali and Queen of the Valley are the absolute worst of all the medical treatment I’ve received in my 76 years and will never go back there. I’m sad to say that because it’s my community hospital but the substandard care, staff and hygiene practices need to vastly improve.

very good DR, helpful and passion. He has very beautiful and nice office staff

The clinic staff are rude and hang up on the calls after waiting for a long time about 30 minutes on hold.

horrible, staff is unprofessional and very slow. wait time is horrendous. reception is uneducated
