Dr. Yoon-Taek Chun

Never have I been treated so poorly. Pam the receptionist was the most rudest person. This place discriminates if they don’t like your name you get turned down instantly.

Excellent doctor,very rude staff...my fiance originally wanted us to see Dr.Chun because he was his pediatrician as a baby and was good friends with his father Dr.Helmick but because his staff told us his schedule is restricted due to covid we opted to see another pediatrician in the meantime until we can see chun,when we finally arrived at his office I was greeted rudely because I didn't have a separate insurance card just yet for my newborn whose not even a week old when I told her he is currently using mine (because his insurance hasn't finished processing yet)she said my insurance doesn't allow me to see multiple doctors at once even tho my insurance told me It was perfectly fine...really sad I did make another appointment because Dr.chun is wonderful but im debating on keeping it because of how rude his staff was

We absolutely love our Pediatrician Dr. Chun! We have been with him since the birth of our daughter in 2012 he is great with the kids and has a wonderful bedside manner! He is Thorough with the parents and explains everything so you know exactly whats going on! His staff is incredible and warm welcoming!

I haven't seen the doctor yet but I have been driven away because of his nasty receptionist and staff. (Pam especially). They are not very kind over the phone and really rude. He needs better staff and maybe he will draw in more clients. I really wanted Dr. Chun to be my kid's pediatrician too.

I don't have a problem with Dr. Chun, it's the staff, they're rude, cold, and miserable. Specifically the billing department. They charged me on behalf of my son for a wellness visit even though they KNEW that my insurance would not cover wellness visits over the age of 18. So be aware. In my opinion this is predatory billing.

Extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He is excellent with children, and obviously loves his work.
