Does not care about patients

I love Dr Pak. He’s very knowledgeable. Great bedside manner. He knows his stuff. Got three neck injections and nerve testing done and all my experiences I felt he knew what he was doing and comfortable. I have severe anxiety and experienced none while going through neck injections and the nerve testing. If you want an experienced knowledgeable and great doc look no further.

My appointment was at 2:45 waited 1 hour still not to be seen. If you want to wait all day then be sure to go here. I asked an employee how much longer she said oh I think you’re next then 5 more ppl got called back. She said she would check but I’m guessing she didn’t. They are to busy in such a small office. So now I got my money back and have to wait even longer to see a dr with the at most time unbearable pain I have from back surgery. My appointment was at 2:45 waited 1 hour still not to be seen. I have been seeing Dr. Pak for a lower back pain that had made it very difficult for me to function. Dr. Pak and his team have made a tremendous difference in my capability to function normally again. Dr. Pak and his staff and all extremely friendly and dedicated to fix what ails you! I highly recommend this knowledgeable, caring and friendly professional Dr. to help you get you up and back to normal!!!! Horrible experience they took my money and did not treat me. Made me feel like a drug addict.and he had done surgery on me before. Do not use.

Find someone else if you may need any medication for your treatment. I have been on medication for years for chronic pain and he made me feel like an idiot for mentioning it. Offered a cortisone shot and Xray for $350? I could go to a doc in the box and get better care

I think that Dr. Pak is a very good doctor in his treatment of patients and procedures. However, I am frustrated with the office and their inconsistency and policy dealing with pain medication. To get ANY refill on pain medication, you have pay for an appointment and come in only to discuss the prescription. And then? They fail to send the prescription in! I have waited for over a week and a half for them to fill a prescription. and they failed to send it in. The problem is when you are dependent on pain medication... Absolutely amazing experience. I walked in as an out-of-state non-patient looking for temporary Assistance. He listened, was kind, and understood the entire situation. He empathized with my situation and got me the help I needed. If you ever need a spine orthopedic doctor I highly recommend them. The front desk staff, Angela, was beyond outstanding. I do not believe there was one person in that building that was not overly helpful and knowledgeable. Truly an outstanding practice and one that you should see should you ever be in need. My worse experience ever with a Doctor or health facility. Dr Pak's receptionist was short, rude and rushed off the phone. I've never been talked to or been treated the way I was by any other doctor's office in my 57 years. Two phone calls there, dealing with the same person was all it took for me to decide to find another pain management doctor. If I was asked to recommend this doctor to anyone I loved or cared about, I would recommend they find another doctor.
