My wife went to him and the issues began immediately. She showed up for her first appointment and they had cancelled without telling her - we live 30+ miles from his office. When she asked why, they said that my wife had cancelled it which she didn't. When we did see him, we could barely understand him - he has a very thick accent. When we saw the report of the visit, the doctor referred to my wife as a man. Her chart showed male. He put a bunch of stuff on the report that he didn't actually do such as an abdominal exam. After her lab results were in, the doctor's office scheduled a follow-up visit. They then changed the appointment to a tele-doc visit which she attended. He then ordered a biopsy which we weren't sure about but the language barrier kept us from truly understanding what was going on. My wife then reviewed her chart online and they showed her as a "no show" for her visit even though the office had changed it to a tele-doc visit. One thing that stands out to us is that it was too easy to get an appointment with this guy. Typically a specialist appointment takes weeks or months to get. His waiting room was empty. This seems to be a tell tale sign that he doesn't have many patients. We are going to San Antonio to get a second opinion. If this guy was a good doctor, he wouldn't be in little ole Victoria, Texas. Very little to no bedside manner. Spends less than 30 seconds with each patient at dialysis centers. Does not take time to listen to what patients say. Seems to have his "speech" memorized when he walks into the room. Cold, robotic, uncaring. Seems to be in it to make his money and leave as fast as possible.
