Ying Xu

I had a issue went to many doctors when I went Dr.Xing she diagnosed it give my medicine and send me to a specialist.

on 12/10/2020 I have call for questions and then book a appointment the lady answer the phone as poor customer service. When she speak its sound like she didn't want to be there, I ask her about billing questions she couldn't give me a straight answer, she kept getting smart with me. I would have give it a three star but I don't know how the doctors are. always delay but the doctor is nice and knowledgable

Hutchinson Clinic Has A Very Friendly, Concerned, and Professional.Staff.Along With Dr..Xu,Dr. Corbett,Rosetta,And The Rest Of The.Staff.

Takes time to assess and treat conditions and provides excellent follow up care.

Not a reliable or professional clinic in my opinion. Came in for an appt and had to wait an hour post to be seen and then it took forever for the doctor to come in. Called in having a few issues post treatment and they said they would fill a rx for me. Needless to say I went to the pharmacy and they never called anything in. What a waste of time! Plan on finding a different doctor soon because this doctor is always rushed and never seems to have time for her patients!

My mom has been a patient under Dr. Xu for 2 yrs now....my mom has been experiencing being more sick than well. My mom recently on 11/08/2016, went to visit Dr. Xu but unfortunately she was not there. Dr. Xu staff turned my mom away even while she was needing oxygen stating they do not take care of heart patients. Wow!!! They didn't even call the ambulance. I have got to get her away from this place.

I have been a patient here for years. Recently i have become very displeased with this office.every appointment i make with Dr. Xu , Dr. Corbet always comes in the room.even after i specifically ask for Dr. Xu.

Non caring if you are not Asian, and will give samples to Asian patient, and they come to the office to get them and do not have to wait, she will stop seeing a pt to speak to them in native tongue. Treats older pt's with little or no respect and is always in a hurry up, and stay focus attitude,
