Note: I visited the pain Dr and going to be receiving pt and water therapy as I requested from him because I mentioned that I can't do injections and he said that's all he can do for me. He was very disrespectful to me mentioning the first thing coming in the door he don't percribe pain meds, ok I didn't ask him for anything,he proceeded to say it 3 times like i wasn't understanding him. I was very respectful and let him know I'm not there for pills that I would like other options and I mentioned the pt. I even thanked him for being respectfull,as I thought we was good when I left the office today, then he sends over my patients aftercare notes stating' He hasn't seen me in 18 month's and I was EXPECTING Opioids (in black and white)not once but 3 times in my chart online. Needless to say im done with that office.And taking acrion for deffamation of character.

Amazing Dr.! Quite personable and has worked to eliminate the pain with meds, then moved to injections and cauterization.

This so called Dr. Is the WORST. My husband goes here for pills . He gets injections and sells his pills. Never gets counted!!

Dr. Reddy is a very smart and skilled Dr. He also has a great sense of humor that seems to be contagious among his staff as well as his staff. Really can not say enough about each and every staff member in his practice. A special shout out to Margaret! I could have easily knocked her over as I am a bit wobbly on my feet .,, she insisted on keeping me safe right out the door. The office doesn't a grace period for appointments and has no documents stating that. You can never get a human on the phone. So done trying to make an effort on my end for people who don't care.

Late review, my treatments were 3yrs ago. I havemixed feelings about this practice. I was in extreme pain. Dr. re,lieved most of the pain( i eventually had spinal surgery). I am so thankful for that! On my last visit I was kept waiting 2 hours before I got treatment. My son had taken off work to accompany and had to leave before my appt was over. After my post injection rest, I walked into ofc. where Dr was waiting. As I walked in he had an angry look on his face and said "you kept my M.A. for 2 hrs" I was so shocked that I didn't reply. I have never before gotten a look like that from any professional. What actually happened is that WE were kept waiting! Thinking back, I know I should have corrected him-but I didn't=my error. In closing I will say that Dr. Is skilled but I won't go back to him. I wish i had good things to say about this "dr" but unfortunately i don't. I will say if you want treated with respect, dignity, and without being looked down on then find another physician. Im glad i no longer am under his "miscare". If you need a spine specialist go elsewhere.

So far SO GREAT!!! I've not known him for long but I can say he made me feel like he actually cared that I'm in PAIN. I REALLY appreciate Dr. Reddy & his MA. Niki!!! I look forward to working w them for long term pain management! He has already improved my quality of life!!!

Great experience and my back pain is almost gone.

Absolute WORST doctor ever! The only thing he wants to use are steroid spinal injections, which have been proven to have very serious side effects. They've never been approved by the FDA! And he charges $18,600 for a series of 3 injections spaced two weeks apart. (Normal charge in Ohio is $2,000 per injection) If you have the nerve to let him know that the only medicine (5mg Norco 3x day) he prescribes isn't helping, he threatens to take away any medicine prescribed, or will even fire you. He'll also tries to break the law if you request your records. He takes MONTHS to send records which is against the law! From the time you request your records they have 30 busines days to date of receipt. I HIGHLY suggest you do get your records because I guarantee they won't be the least bit accurate! They're just copied from one appt to the next IMO, I would NEVER recommend him! And btw, his staff is just as bad. Nasty hateful people! I'm so glad I now have a really good doctor!

This has been my second experience with Reddy. I refuse to use his honorific. His pattern seems to be that he acts friendly at first and schedules a series of 3 epidural steroid injections over a period of 6 weeks. He only gives you a 30 day script for hydrocodone/acetaminophen 5/325 mg. 3x day. I have a pinched nerve in my back and this regimen didn’t touch my pain. It was a week later that I had my first injection. I told Reddy I was still in pain and he told me to keep taking pills as directed and to follow proper procedures (whatever that means). Three days later, I had a Televisit with his CNP, who after consulting with Reddy, again denied me relief but suggested that I should schedule an appointment with Reddy. I did and three days later Reddy loudly and angrily shouted that he would never give me any more pain medication not even after the 30 supply ran out with 2 weeks left until the 3rd injection. In my first encounter with Reddy, that is exactly what he did, and left me no pain relief at all. In both experiences my impression was of a sadistic man who only has time for you if he can perform the epidurals on you. That is where he makes the big money. I guess he still gets to bill Medicare for 2 additional visits as well. I will be contacting the Ohio Medical Board!

The doctor is good but I can only say that after ONE appointment and being rescheduled then office cancelled and rescheduled me another month out, told me that my refill will be sent in and now it’s Labor Day weekend and no one will be in the office till Tuesday and the staff personally told me it was sent to the pharmacy and now I can barely get out of bed for my children because no one sent it really, and I gave them enough calls and time to check for an error. The staff wasn’t that friendly sounded like they were annoyed with my calls when they were the ones who would t check for an error and kept saying check with my pharmacy. I made many calls to his office and the pharmacy and still nothing. Now I have to go above them to make a complaint for unprofessional behavior. I’m not happy with this office staff and the doctor who didn’t get it sent but I do like dr. Reddy, so I don’t know if I should look elsewhere or not. If he’s not in the office, the staff seems to forget their courtesy and how to treat patients! Very polite and friendly staff.

Dr. Reddy is attentive, thorough and spent a lot of time with me reviewing my options. He is the best pain specialist in town! His training is more extensive than most pain doctors and he is technically very good with injections. Highly recommended!

Dr.Reddy is very helpful and encouraging. His way of guiding patients is exceptional. His treatment helped in immensely for quick recovery.

Beginning to question my decision with being a patient. initially I was satisfied with him, although his treatments haven’t worked with my diagnosis. However during one of my last appointments he treated me almost as a child...was either implying or indirectly suggesting something uncomfortable regarding my pain not being managed through my meds. I found it very difficult during this appointment to state clearly that my pain was not being managed- I felt intimidated, because he was interruptive and pretty much accused me via various phrases that “he would not adjust the dose or frequency” of my meds...insinuations that he would not under any circumstances increase it. However my point that couldn’t be made, was that I wanted the med decreased, in order to increase frequency. I found it insulting that I was spoke to that way, and shouldn’t have to justify reasons why I shouldn’t be treated that way. Pt’s Should feel comfortable being honest re: meds/plan of care and treatment success

I met him very quickly. He left room and never came back. About an hour later I had to get a nurse to see if we were finished though he never checked me. I’ve had a few different physicians over the years and currently have my primary and two specialists, Dr. Reddy being one of them. Realistically, I consider Dr. Reddy as the one that truly ‘cares’ about me....when he talks to you, he wants to know ‘everything’ that is going on - regardless of the condition, he is an expert - I had arthroscopic surgery on my knee for a torn meniscus - his office referred me to a great surgeon. I’ve had a question during a routine flu shot with my primary because of a ‘clicking” sound when I bend my knee - doesn’t hurt, it’s just a bit concerning - no big deal which is was to the doctor as well. Like a typical doctor, he’s too rushed to think about something that was an ancillary subject besides the reason you’re there. I went to Dr. Reddy for a check up for something else and mentioned this - he thoroughly checked it out - gave me a simple exercise of just stretching it while just sitting or laying down - the clicking is gone. On one of my visits, I told him I thought I had possibly passed a kidney stone and what was strange was my skin was ‘burning’ - my primary had no idea so sent me to a gastro clinic - ended up with both a colonoscopy and endoscopy - nothing wrong. Dr. Reddy called it - I had shingles that didn’t ‘show’ - a few days later they did - at almost 10:00pm, he called in Shingles medication to the 24 CVS. I can’t say enough, he’s absolutely terrific. I have been seeing Dr Reddy for 10 plus years for chronic back and neck pain. I was denied again for SSD and Dr Reddy told me he would write a letter on my behalf When I went to pick up my records that the records Dept never sent to my attorney I was told that Dr Reddy said he was not gonna with a letter This is very disappointing since he gave me his word. I guess it’s time for s new pain management doctor

He treated me worse than a dog. My GP sent me to see a neurologist and that Dr prescribed me a medication. When I then went for my appointment with Dr. Reddy he yelled and screamed at me and kicked me out of his office apparently thinking I was Dr. shopping. I tried to explain that I was just doing what my GP had told me to do. He fired me on the spot and yelled at me like a dog.

My first visit was great as Dr. Reddy explained a lot. After that I just saw his staff and only him for the 5 minute spinal injection. When the injection actually caused more pain, I asked to see the Dr. again before my next injection. I was told more pain could be a side effect but seeing it lasted for over 3 weeks, I wanted to review before being injected again. I asked 3 times and was told I just had to go through with the follow up injections first. I have since switched Doctors.

I don't understand the terrible reviews. My experiences have all been good. Never been in waiting room more than 15 minutes. Never waited in room more than 10-15 minutes. You have to be there 1/2 hour early on the day of injection and I am usually on my way out of there at the time of my appointment. He has never hesitated giving me pain medication. The staff is always very friendly and courteous. Dr. Reddy listens to my concerns and explains what he thinks will work and what it entails.

Left the country without having a backup doctor. No other doctor is allowed to prescribe any pain meds because of contract. So while he is gone one just stays in pain until his return. Great system.

Saw him for 3 years as a steady patient before I was dropped. Never had a problem with the narcotic pain meds I was prescribed. I was never given a reason why I was dropped except that he wasn'twriting anymore. He left me in a bad state.

My experience with Dr,Reddy,not good. The wait times ,ridiculousness, I really thought he could help me,he appeared positive ,after the 4 or 5th visit, no answers. He then sent me a megs on my phone, he was giving up trying to help me. This was the worst thing I needed to hear.after being treated in his care.,for a year I'd never return, this wasn't a good experience ,especially ,being in pain.

The CDC recommend not to test pain patients for THC, but Dr Reddy continues to test. In a curt memo, he said he had no choice but to discharge me from his practice because I tested positive for THC. I responded, telling him my husband and I started CBD when he got cancer. I had no idea there was THC in it, & stopped taking it immediately. He's been trying to get rid of me bec he doesnt want to write rxs. He knows 2 of my drs died, and my pcp left abruptly, now he's abandoned me.

Although it's sometimes difficult to reach the staff of this very busy office, I have always been treated very professionally and courteously by everyone in this practice. Dr Reddy's compassion, humor, judgement and willingness to explain details makes him my all-time favorite doctor, ever. His crisp demeanor may be interpreted by some people as rude or short, but he's just focused, funny, very articulate and extremely busy. I really appreciate his care over the past 10 years!

Have been seeing him for a year, so far nothing has worked for me. Can't get approval for MRI which is an insurance problem, but they are supposed to appeal the decision, but have not. I have a lot of problems which need to be addressed, but he has not.
