Any doctor that drops a patient like me with migraines memory loss and severe anxiety isn't a very good doctor for me. The staff is rude so I was rude back and they told me to go to Buffalo general. I know I have problems that's what I was trying to be treated for. Thanks for all the time spent waiting in the waiting room for nothing. With every appointment I had there at least a 2 hour wait with an appointment. What a joke. I liked Kumar as a person he's very personable and seemed like he cared but I apparently had a meltdown with a horrible migraine and don't even know what I said but I was removed as a patient. Dr. Kumar is caring, he listens, he gives you his truthful opinions and he is concerned with the root of the problem, not just medicating the symptoms. I am very happy to have found him, he is the best!

Dr. Kumar spends time with his patients and is invested in helping them through their medical issues. I have appreciated and trusted his advice.

I just recently started to see dr Kumar. And I have to say he is the best dr I’ve ever seen!! I was super nervous and he talked to me like a friend. Wasn’t sitting there writing stuff down. We just had a conversation. I’m really bad at not trusting or being upfront with doctors. But not doctor kumar. He just gave me that sense of caring. He made me feel good. And I’m happy he was recommend to me and I feel safe with my health in his hands. Wait times were okay. But I don’t mind waiting cause I know that I’m going to get the same time and respect everyone else is getting.

it a shame now a days when you cant see a doctor because they dont accept Medicaid i guess some places are just for people that are rich or highly well off compared to others. One of the most outstanding doctors in WNY. I came to Dr Kumar with a very critical diagnosis. I threw everything but the kitchen sink at him. He is brilliant in his knowledge, talks to you face to face, and brings you into the diagnosis and care. There are not many doctors like Dr. Kumar around. He is a diamond in the ruff. I look forward to working with him as my primary physician. If you have to wait a while, bring a book and take it easy. The wait is so well worth it. If you want speedy service you can go to one of the meat market madness doctors where they see you for five minutes. This doctor is a gem. One of the most outstanding doctors in WNY. My husband and I recently moved to Alden.I have many issues and was doubtful that I'd find a local doctor that had adequate knowledge of my health issues. Let me add that we moved here from the Baltimore area where I was seeing many specialist. Dr Kumar is excellent! Every time we go anywhere near his office one of us will say how lucky we are to have him as our doctor. For those of you complaining about waiting..Here's what i have to say. I was very sick when I first started seing Dr Kumar. For 3 yesrs Ive seen different doctors with no diagnosis. The first time I saw Dr. Kumar I was with him for 2 hrs. Now I am better than ever. He spends time with you and listens to you. He is kind & caring and has a wonderful bedside manner. So if your waiting to see him its well worth the wait. Because I know he is just taking care of someone the way he took care of me.

Been my PCP for 17 yrs. I get excellent care! Listens to my concerns & issues and is always available to me. Has referred me to other specialists that I have also gotten excellent care. I have never had better care! The wait is worth it as he never rushes through my appointments! He is the best!!

Very long wait time (close to an hour) Bedside manner is sorely lacking. However, he really does help. For example, he wants me to lose weight. They all say that but he actually told me what to do to get results & its working. I personally dont plan on going back for the 2 reasons i gave but if that doesnt bother you then hes fine.
