Still playing tennis in my 80’s, my left knee was in extreme pain, even just walking down the street. Non surgical treatments helped temporarily, but I wanted it to be more permanent, so I agreed to a total replacement. It’s been over 3 years, and I’m playing tennis and walking with Zero pain. Dr. K and his staff were Amazing!! I did PT before & after the surgery.I DO continue to do home stretching and exercise to maintain my results!

Doctor kleinman is phenomenal the receptionist is horrible it’s unnecessary attitude as soon as you answer the phone to me that’s uncalled for and you can’t even get a word out because she’s too busy interrupting you AFTER asking a question she wanted answered poor customer service definitely would turn off lots of possible patients

Very kind and sympathetically doctor who put all my worries at ease. I was in and out of his office in 30 minutes including Xrays! As a new patient. The radiologist was also really nice. Definitely recommend

Going to this "doctor" was a terrible experience. As soon as I arrived in the office, I felt like I was back in the early 1980's. The office was so outdated and "old" looking. You would think a surgeon earns enough money to at least modernize his place of business. But unfortunately, that's not the case. Nevertheless, I kept an open mind and hoped for the best. Boy was I wrong. The wait time was over 2 hours. After they called my name, they sent me to a small room that was very dark and freezing cold and they had me wait there for another 25 minutes. I couldn't tell if I was in a holding jail or a doctors office. Finally Dr. Kleinman appeared. He seemed like a nice, personable man. He gave the usual fake apology of "Sorry for the long wait". Yeah, I'm sure you are. How about not being so greedy and overbooking? As for the consultation, Dr Kleinman certainly seemed knowledgeable in regards to my issue. However, while checking my arm, he was very rough. Dude, this isn't WWE. Then for some reason, when I asked a general question, he went batsh*t crazy and yelled at me. Us patients are already intimidated going to doctors. There was no need for that. Especially with a new patient. Right then and there I knew, this wasn't the right guy to go to get surgery with. Surgery is scary as it is. Especially for someone who has never had surgery. You need a doctor who is patient and kind and will be there to help with any post surgery issues. This isn't THAT guy. I understand that he has 5 star reviews and I question how many of them are legit or not. All I can say is, all that glitters, isn't gold. Going to this "doctor" was a terrible experience. Dr Kleinman has a great bed side manner. An appealing smile and words of assurance but his surgical skills are horrible. I went to him for extreme pain in my left knee. He said I needed a total knee replacement and I complied. Oh my goodness the worst decision I could have every made. After surgery I had to go to ER for the pain. They said nothing was wrong (one of the hospitals where he worked). So I went to him at his office he said nothing was wrong. Five years later Im still in excruciating pain to the point Im having my knee operated on to correct his work. Oh, by the way I can't bend my knee no more than 80 degrees. I met Dr. Kleinman today, for the first time and I must say I like his demeanor. Dr. Kleinman talks to you and not at you. He makes you a part of his diagnosis and listens to what you have to say; he doesn't just give you his opinion and ignore you, or ur concerns.

Dr. Kleinman and his staff were wonderful. He is one of the nicest Dr's I have ever been a patient of. Mark the PA was also great. He is very knowelegeable and has a great,positive attitude. He was great with my knee problem. His staff was great, my insurance is less than user friendly but they helped me in every way possible to resolve any insurance issues. Never met a doc until today that takes his time with patients, listens and explains thoroughly. Even while waiting another patient spoke so highly of Dr Kleinman and I see why. Office staff was amazing and understanding as well . Five Stars for Dr Kleinman !! I’m going back ????

I can only go with my personal opinion and what I've seen with my very own eyes. Dr. Kleinman is a professional and very compassionate person as a Doctor. My wife has him as her Orthopedic surgeon. He first did minor surgery about 7+ years ago and then did a total knee replacement surgery on her. From the beginning my wife felt very comfortable with him. Even his staff has shown professional support in dealing with my wife. I will recommend this surgeon for sure. I can only go with my personal opinion and what I've seen with my very own eyes. Definitely would advise to stay away. Dr kleinman is not a sport medicine surgeon even though he claims to be. He operated on my shoulder for instability and ended up making things a lot worse. He didn't even do a repair, he just went in and shaved cartilage. After, he states that I need a totally different surgery than the one he already did for me. I went through a whole surgery for nothing, wasted time and money. I went to 3 other highly qualified surgeons from HSS and they all said the doctor that operated on you did not know what he was doing. All of them told me the complete opposite of what Dr kleinman has recommended. As medical providor myself, I would have expected a lot more from him. Please do your research before doing any surgery because doctor's like this are not trustworthy. Definitely would advise to stay away. Dr. Yehuda Kleinman is one of the Orthopedic Medical Professionals. He definitely is very accurate with his client's & unconditionally cares about each & every out-patient

I went to Dr. Kleinman for a second opinion about a rotator cuff tear in my shoulder. I felt like I was talking to an old friend. During the course of a pleasant conversation he asked relevant questions about my general health conditions without it being the obvious question and answer I’ve experienced with most doctors. During the time he also described what was on the X-Ray of my shoulder as well as demonstrated what was occurring on a shoulder model. It was a thorough explanation in layman’s terms. He counseled me on possible recommendations. After surgery was ruled out based on my age, he gave me a choice on what I wanted to do next. I did have about a 40 minute wait BUT it was well worth it. Dr. Kleinman spent substantial time listening to me and discussing my issue. His staff is pleasant. Appointments were quickly and easily made. X-rays are done immediately if needed in the office. Better to go to an actual specialist. Definetely not a sports medicine doctor. Complete waste of surgery of time.

Unfortunately i can not give this Dr a good review, 3 years ago i received acl and meniscus surgery and this standard given surgery was a fail by the DR. I was left with enormous knee pain which was bone on bone and a very loose acl graft. I went back to the Dr to ask for help and all he said was kido it seems the surgery did not work i can recommend someone else. This was a disaster for me and i have to say afterwards i went to NYU for my 2nd surgery and it was success i highly recommend NYU or Hospital of Special Surgery Unfortunately i can not give this Dr a good review, 3 years ago i received acl and meniscus surgery and this standard given surgery was a fail by the DR. Dr Kleinman is a very personable doctor who does not look at his patients as 'just a number'. He gives you a full explanatipn of what you are going through and what you will encounter if or when you require surgery. He puts his patients at ease. The staff makes you feel welcome as well. Highly Recommended!

In my opinion the best arm and shoulder Dr. . The secretaries are very nice. Everyone in the office make you feel comfortable. I would and have recommended others to be treated here.

I came here to this facility a couple years ago because my knee was hurting immensely. My best friend recommended them. The staff and Doctor took care of me and the pain with great concern and care.there was a little wait, but in what practice isn’t one. I was then rescheduled and operated on. My knee feels like it’s brand new. Now I’m going for my other knee which is also giving me the same problem. Again I totally vouch and recommend for this doctor to be seen by you the reader ???????? I was seen by dr Kleinman for my follow up after getting a fracture and cast abroad. Dr Kleinman assured and put me at me that everything was done properly and I will not need any surgery. Id highly recommend his office for knowledgeable staff, including hi PA, Pam, and the girls at the front desk, Maggie and Connie were extremely helpful in setting up an rush appointment and fax/email documents to me promptly whenever i needed. Thumbs up:)

The wait was super long. I made my appointment for 6 I was not seen by the doctor until after 7 30, after driving in from Beroklym.Beside the wait one of the best doctor experienceses. Very attentive and petient doctor. Answer any question you may have and really knows his stuff.

Dr Kleinman is a wonderful caring Dr. Had my shoulder operated on and was very happy with the operation. 1 week out already mobile, feeling positive. Great bedside manner very positive experiance, I highly recommend this Dr.

Your staff needs to know how to treat your patients PROFESSIONALLY. A simple task was required: To call in the prescription of Celebrex to EXPRESS SCRIPTS the following business day. Liz did not she instead called it in to CVS that is NOT what she was asked to do! She would not let me get a word in edgewise! As I tried to explain to her EXPRESS SCRIPTS RULES. Then Carlos gave me the excuse it was a controlled substance - garbage, in fact I am on the phone with the pharmacist, Rachael at my LOCAL CVS and she assures me it is NOT A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE - I have a history with this medication at EXPRESS SCRIPTS, in fact I called them before I called your office today. The young inexperienced KIDS you have working in your office have NO or LITTLE human relation skills. I am a disabled senior, I do not need to be ABUSED or made to beg for assistance! This was a RENEWAL for a year's worth of the medication. Liz calling it into CVS,Rachael at my LOCAL CVS has informed me, today, July 3, 2014 at 11:35 a.m. there was no prescription called in, with a renewal of 3 times gives me only 4 months worth of meds at a higher price! To be exact: $53.98 a month vs. $142.13 for three (3) months! What gives? I was taught if you have nothing nice to say keep quiet - so in this review I will do just that.
