Dr. Yasir J Ahmad

Doctor Ahmad is a wonderful, caring physician who is genuinely interested in the well -being of my son. He connects extremely well with his patients and does not rush. He is a true gem in our community. We are lucky to have such a skilled and sincere psychiatrist. His staff is great too! They are friendly and helpful. Thank you Dr Ahmad!

Dr. Ahmad was wonderful with my son. He helped and encouraged my son when he needed it most. When he left the Debra Simon Center, the Center refused to see my son after that. Dr. Ahmad was always on time, courteous and sincere with my son. I cannot say the same for the Debra Simon Center. After 2 years, the Debra Simon Center forced my son to change insurance to suit their needs and then refused to see my son at all. The Debra Simon Center only sees patients that are doing well, don't want patients that need help. I understand why Dr. Ahmad left that facility.

Very good doctor. He is very open and listens.

Dr Yasir Amad saw me for s year. He then had no problem prescribing pills but refused to help me get medicinal MJ. He pretended that never happened. he became judgemental did not help and billed me then lied about "evaluating me" they charged ahead of time and asked for cash twice before appointment. Once in his office he refused participation. Hackensack Meridisn Health denied assistance in refunding.

My wife has been a patient of Doctor Ahmad for a couple of years now. I have noticed a regression in her behavior and mental health under his care. Issues have exacerbated in the past few months. She has become extremely frustrated and he is not very responsive to her concerns.

Dr.Ahmad is an exceptional doctor he’s very caring about his patients and he has helped me get through tough times. I would recommend him to anyone that wants a sincere doctor he’s a great person. ??????

I drove in rush hour traffic from Morris County to Hackensack, NJ. I was on time for my 6 pm appointment but the doctor was not...I was furious. I wanted to change doctor asap. Then I was finally called in to see Dr. Ahmad, my first time. He is genuinely a nice guy that knows his stuff. I will go back despite the wait time because of the psychiatric care I will receive in return. He is really great.
