I usually don't ever write bad or negative reviews, however this office deserves one. I have tried several times to make my first appointment with this office, but it was totally fail. I used to see doctor Sarah shah in this office I loved her. I switched over to yana about 3 years ago she's ok. But I absolutely live love kelly she will go above amd beyond to help you get any documents you need. She will chase down yana for signatures lol. She's a true blessing in this office. Been coming Dr. Yana for many years. She is the best . I moved an hour away and still drive to see her.

I moved out of philadelphia my new doc sent the release to get my records but this office REFUSES to provide MY FULL RECORDS. I am now placing reviews and filing complaints with the state and Jefferson hospital directly cause the office manager advised they don't handle it Jefferson hospital does well thats a lie.

The office personnel is extremely rude, loud and Then hung up on when I was only trying to resolve the mistake that they made. I called tight back (5 secs later) and spoke to office manager Cheryl who was just as bad asking me “well who did you talk to” “If you don’t know I don’t know either” I replied they just hung up on me so whoever is sitting right next to you. She then started questioning me about my niece’s birthdate and wanted to talk to her. Mind you she is special needs!!! Not to mention the dr sent the blood script to the wrong lab and I didn’t know until After a 45 minute wait and a 45 min drive home from work to pick her up!!! Love the girls that run this place, Kelly is one of the best nurses I've ever encountered, knows what's she's doing she's fast she listens she actually answers the phone when you call her or if she's on the phone and cannot answer she calls you right back no waiting hours (if youre lucky)to hear back.

Wonderful doctor, patient and caring, explains everything and makes you feel better already.

Love love love Dr. Saknovsky. Love her staff also. She helped me at my lowest. Was able to walk .She gave me strength .I could not thank her enough .

Dr. Yana, first and most important: excellent diagnostician. She listens to you no matter how many problems you have. Best thing, she never rushes you. She is my and other family members PCP. I recommend her highly. Have been with her for years. I have many problems, she takes prime care of me and mine.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with this practice!I made my appointment online and confirmed for 4/11 @6pm. I called at 5 to make sure it was at 6, the recpt confirmed.Then @5:10 the nastiest woman called me she said they do not sch appt's online, I have sinus prob's and wanted a sick appt, she said I would be a new pt.That Yana would not be in until May, I said I'll see whoever. I’ve been seeing Dr Yana for years. We have a very good repoire and she has always taken time w me and listens. She is very caring and empathetic to my needs.

Very rude and condescending. Does not listen to your symptoms and rushes to sell dental products.

The worst doctor ever. She sets up appointments with patients at 9am and shows up to work at 10am. Every time i had to wait at least an hour and a half after my appointment time to actually get called in. Very very unprofessional!

Dr. YANA Saknovosky is treat and street doctor. She has, by her own staff's admission got rid of any patients (aka a very large portion of her patients) requiring more than a sick and go visit. If they are elderly on coumadin, suffering from pain management, anything that requires her to not stop and gossip with the back office for 20 minutes while you wait for a simple rx then go elsewhere! Shes verbally abusive and sadly I stayed with her for longer than deserved while dealing with my own personal issues. But I needed my husband with me to ensure she could not talk about me being "fat" (I'm not I had gained weight on a seperate medication) when I was there due to a kidney infection!! This is actually my primary physician. I love my doctor. She is amazing.

I've been seing yana for about 8 years and she is absolutely the best. She is fast and super professional. She is straight up forward with you and she will never prescribe you antibiotics like most doctors do unless you really really need them.

I have been with this office for over 10yrs and every time she was my Dr, I have had dismissive care from her or inadequate care. I was just there being treated for a respiratory infection and potential flu and she sent my sample for testing in an expired tube. She never checked the label nor did she follow up, or her staff, to tell me the problem. I only found out because I called the office looking for my results myself. I have no idea if I had/have the flu or not.

Dr yana is terrible. All she does is prescribe antibiotics. Worst Dr i have ever seen and my family and i have worked in healthcare practitioner fields. I would only recommend dr yana if you need a note for school or work, which is why i originally went to her practice. Terrible dr that completed a phyaical in less than 10 minutes without doing anything but listen to heart and lungs and an abdominal probe before she tried to prescribe antibiotics again...and im not sick.

She willed medical exam for my Green Cart. I got 2 request for evidence in different time. She is the worst doctor . She did not sign medical examine and I missed my vacation. People, do not come to her. She is terrible Civil surgeon!!!

She is thorough and efficient. This office always gets you in on time. No waiting. The staff is also pleasant to work with.
