Went to Dr Rubenstein for a second opinion. He was friendly and funny yet professional. He was able to help alleviate the pain I had been experiencing for 2 plus months, where the previous MD was not. Thank you so much!

Completely insensitive to my daughter's pain. Offered no advice (re: icing or pain meds) on management of her knee pain other than staying off it. Dr Rubinstein became defensive and argumentative when we questioned whether an mri would give us a better indication of her knee issues than the xray. Dr Rubenstein was unprofessional and uncaring despite seeing the severe pain my daughter was in. Additionally Caremount will not let you get a second opinion within any of their offices (even in a different county). A very disappointing experience

I saw Dr Rubinstein today March 10, 2022, for a “ frozen shoulder” pain and movement issues , and was very impressed. The wait was short and the staff caring, solicitous, professional and efficient. Dr. Rubinstein himself was very thorough with his examination, explained the X-ray result and clearly discussed his treatment plan. I walked out of his office feeling relieved and satisfied, I am in excellent caring hands. I highly recommend Dr. Rubinstein.

Dr. Rubinstein was excellent in treating my right knee, very caring Doctor, I would recommend him to everyone!

After being in pain for two year with my shoulder, Dr. Rubinstein figured out the problem! I had gone through PT to no avail and thought I would have to live with the discomfort. He be explained everything in detail to me and laid out my options clearly. Provided treatment and all better! He is knowledgeable, kind, and has fantastic care for his patients.

i just found out i have a torn labrum after dr rubinstein totally denied me. i went 6 more months of not knowing what’s wrong in extreme pain because he sent me home to “take a hot shower” he was rude and the farthest thing from compassionate. during my exam he didnt do any test on the mobility of my arm and didn’t think an mri was necessary. he blew me off because i’m 19 and usually older people are more prone to this injury. i don’t recommend him at all

they offer no patient contact, so much so I had to contact them to see if everything was alright (it wasnt) i apparently need surgery (30 days after my MRI). go somewhere else, ive been living with a terrible quality of life because of this "doctoR/office" failure to inform me.

had a dislocated shoulder and--- I HAD TO CONTACT THE OFFICE 1 MONTH LATER TO GET MY OWN RESULTS...AND IT TURNS OUT I HAD A TORE LABRUM-WHICH BROUGHT ME TERRIBLE ALMOST UNBEARABLE PAIN. I STILL WAS NEVER ABLE TO GET A PROPER RESPONSE AS TO WHO/WHAT WAS SUPPOSED TO INFORM ME UP MY MRI RESULTS. IVE BEEN LIVING IN AGONY BECAUSE A ***DOCTOR*** DID NO THINK I WAS A VALID PATIENT, CONSIDERING I HAVE A TOP OF THE LINE HEALTH PLAN. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

I had an office visit yesterday with Dr Rubenstein. He repaired a very large rotator cuff tear and is a wonder surgeon. He is kind, compassionate, great personality and treats you with respect and a personal touch. Dr Rubenstein explains everything to you and spends as much time as needed. His expertise and knowledge leaves you at ease and his mannerism and personality keeps a comfortable setting . I would recommend Dr Rubenstein above and beyond many orthopedics that are practicing. If you want a Dr who knows what he is doing and also knows how to interact with patients Dr Rubenstein is the one. I am grateful he has helped me before, during and after surgery and thank him so much. RoseMary

Dr. Rubinstein inspires confidence with his knowledge and experience. He takes all the time needed to address your concerns and answer your questions (and I ask a lot of questions). I believe he genuinely is concerned about my health. I strongly recommend him to anyone who needs orthopedic care.
