I have never been comfortable at the dentist before. i’ve had some truly awful experiences and i have to say this office makes me feel at home. I have never had a team who is so caring and lovely. The front desk, the assistants and Dr. Aldea are all the utmost professionals and truly care about you as a person, and of course your teeth.

Two words… great service.

The staff are so friendly and attentive. I also learnt a lot. They walk you through each procedure and give you expert recommendations.

Had a fantastic experience with Lake Buena Vista Family Dentistry. I was visiting from Ireland and was suffering with toothache. I was made feel so welcome when I arrived and had an X-ray and consultation almost immediately. The surgery was spotless and so professional. It’s so nice to be back with my previous dental care team!

The office was very clean and much more high tech than where I was previously going. The staff was incredibly friendly and I had a great experience. I'm glad I finally made the switch and picked a good place.

I came to Orlando for a family trip to walt disney. I had a crown fall off at 10pm. Left a message then and received a call first thing in the morning and got me in within an hour. The staff saved my trip and made my experience one of the best I could possibly have. I can't thank the ladies at this practice enough!

Great professionals.

Lake Buena vista family dentistry worked me in today because I lost a tooth while visiting here. I had a sharp edge that needed to be smoothed. The staff was wonderful, got me in and took great care of me! Thanks to all!

I really like this office. The staff are very friendly, and Dr. Aldea genuinely cares and takes time to explain things in an easy-to-understand manner. Dr. Aldea is fantastic. She is very kind and thorough. Her staff is very kind, helpful, and friendly. The only complaint my teens had about their treatment was the person cleaning their teeth was a little rough compared to what they're used to, so next time we'll ask her to be a bit more gentle. I had a dental emergency and was referred to this office. Not only were they knowledgeable and kind, they made me feel like I really understood what was going on. The scheduling team helped me figure out exactly how get everything done as soon as possible. The whole office was efficient and bent over backwards to get me taken care of. But the thing that was so impressive? They put me at ease. I am so wary of the dentist since a terrible experience previously. But the welcoming environment of the office, the soothing and reassuring manner of everyone I met, and the knowledge that I was going to be heard and trusted with the information to deal with a very scary situation meant that I walked away with a calm head. Great emergency care while on vacation

The best experience. Just had teeth cleaning done. It was the first time after the pandemic started. I was concerned. To my surprise, it was done super carefully and I felt relaxed. My family and I have been going to Dr. Aldea for years. The office is clean and inviting. The ladies are all wonderful. I had a cleaning with Carmen today, she was thorough and did a fantastic job!

Dr. Aldea has been my dentist for almost a decade. I wouldn't trust anyone else. She is consistent, patient and caring with her approach to pain management. Entrance west side of the building, Google Maps doesn't catch this.

They make you feel like family from the moment you walk in, they take the time to know you as a person and not just a patient! My partner and I both have felt appreciated and welcomed with opened arms by them! I am exceedingly satisfied with my 1st visit to Buena Vista Family Dentistry. Upon entering the office I notice a clean and modern waiting room that offered a nice selection of complimentary coffee (bathroom and treatment area were also very cleaned and maintained). As I walked in the receptionist who I spoke with on the phone prior to my arrival quickly greeted me by name. I was seen straightaway by the Hygienist who discussed my new patient chart that listed any issues I noted. the Hygienist was very nice, informative, and gentle with me and my teeth. Once the exrays, and exam was completed I met with Dr. Ximena Aldea who was as amazing as her Hygentist. Then while getting my teeth cleaned I was noticeably cold and the dental assistant placed a clean, warm throw blanket on me (That's spectacular patient service)... Amazing staff, great atmosphere! I have had fillings done while watching my favorite Netflix shows. Dr. Aldea And her staff ensured that I was comfortable, I felt nothing! The added plus was the filling is the color of my teeth. My cleaning appointments are booked in advance followed by and email and text reminder prior to the date.
