Worst doctor I have ever seen. IRS needs to look at her cash income.

I try make appointment by referral, the lady that picked up the phone very rude and asked me$1500 cash for colonoscopy screen without insurance,and set up the time two months later. I will never called this doctor again to check up my colonoscopy screen.

Staffs are really rude, doctor’s attitude is also negative. Don’t recommend.

She provide the worst service. The staff was arrogant and unorganized. I was Schedule for 7:30am and wasn't seen until 9:30. I Would never recomend anyone going there.

Dr. Ma is the great doctor I ever have. I moved from Philadelphia area to DC 14 years ago and still came back to Dr. Ma for endoscopy or colonoscopy exam because her skill is excellent. Before the exam, she patiently explained to me how to do the preparation. After the exam, I did not feel any problem.

I have been Dr. Ma's patient for over 15 years. I have really trusted Dr. Ma and felt really helpful when I visited her office. She is very patient and friendly. I also have felt that she is skillful and knowledgeable.

She refused to see me even after their staff processed my co-payment and other documents. I wasted an hour at her clinic. Ask for the receipt if you are paying cash.

I am so glad that I finally found such a good stomach doctor who is very experienced. Dr.Ma explained my health condition in detail. She also printed a flyer to taught me how to relieve my symptoms just via changing some daily habits, which turned out to be very useful! The staff in the office was very nice too. short waiting time.

Dr. Ma did my colonoscopy and also 2 other family members. We all agreed she did a very good job without any issue. In the office, she is very busy, but also care about her patients

We had a super short session that was less than 15 mins. Dr.Ma only asked about my age and eating habits and all she said was "you're gonna be fine and recover soon given how young you are". And all i got from her was a piece of black and white flyer that briefly educates you what heartburn is. At the end nothing was prescribed (which i don't really need anyway and had have prisolec already). I didn't receive any useful advice (she told me to read the information on the flyer and get to know more about heartburn...) nor she was friendly. She sounded very "what so ever " from beginning to the end. They say "Not every doctor graduated from the top of their class". That's fine, at least show some patience and caring when seeing your patients. Anyway, I just felt the session with her definitely don't worth a couple hundred of dollars. My friend's mom had a similar experience with Dr.Ma that I found out later. So i'm writing this that all of you wouldn't need to waste your time and money to see a "doctor" who's not more professional than wikipedia. The End...
