Dr. Xiao Rui Li

Dr Li is very a unprofessionel doctor who does not listen to her patience and has a horrible bedside manner! I would not recommend her to anyone. She should not be practicing medicine. She is very cold and has no commpasion

I love Dr. Li and her staff at FHC. I have been her patient for over 25 years and have always received excellent patient care from Dr. Li. She always warns me about my weight, exercise, diet and self care to avoid various diseases. She is patient, engaging with her patients and always answers and replies to all questions and concerns I have about various health issues. She is patient, friendly and has a great disposition. I would recommend all my family and friends to her. One of the best health care providers around. She is unlike many physicians that have you waiting long periods and only spend 5 minutes with you. She reviews your records, test and refers you to specialist if needed. Exams and needed test are always on point to determine potential diagnosis.

Very unprofessional and inappropriate. I went to ER Franciscan Munster and then was admitted for cardiac symptoms: chest pain, shortness of breath & dizziness. She was the physician doing rounds. She said, " Why are you here? This is nothing. You worry too much. You are making yourself sick. I have had the same symptoms for 2 months. One more month and you would be o.k. when the weather warms up. This is psychological. You should take off work and not worry so much."
