Dr. Won B Chae

DR . CHAE is the best , I have been coming to him for years for my fibro cyst breast, he has drain my cyst taking me out of pain, he has done biopsy on my pain when I came in for pain. I went to other places but no one is like DR. CHAE service and his knowledge!!! Thanks DOC

Dr. Chae is a wonderful doctor. He did an examination of family member and then took time to counsel us on the proper course of action. He did so with intelligence and kindness and he really went the extra distance for us. Also, the medical advice turned out to very helpful. Highly recommended!

Ive been here a couple of times and have had multiple exams. Ive been able to get in within 24 hours and have had excellent service. Kelly at the front desk was excellent, she was able to answer all my questions about billing and what needed to be done in order to get the exams. I would leave zero stars if I could. I was lied to about billing information before getting a procedure. They told me it would be fine. It was not fine. Do not trust them with the billing unless you are rich enough to pay for it.

Called all over for a specific procedure. Hospital wanted to charge an outrageous price. Farmbooks price was more than 1/2 off the price compared to everyone else. I checked with my insurance and was told this may not be a covered benefit. Front desk had the biller come to talk to me as I had questions regarding coverage. I was told that they can not guarantee payment from any carrier, they would bill the insurance if insurance did not pay they would honor a discounted rate when paid. I recvd a bill - my insurance did not pay. Spoke to billing they gave me a cash discounted price. The office staff was nice, the xray tech and dr were great, explained everything they were doing and the billing staff was so helpful and the discount was much appreciated. I had a CT done here. Check in was smooth. The Radiologist was very helpful and the scan was very easy and efficient. I originally had my appointment scheduled for Beaumont, but it was such a hassle to get in and schedule the appointment. My physician recommended this place instead and I’m very thankful he’d did.
