I have been with Dr Ting for 8 years. He was able to diagnose a root cause that other doctors could not. I am grateful to have found his care and continued check ups. He always takes time to answer my questions and explains in simple language that I can understand. He has referred me to other specialists when needed and is part of a great team at Mt Sinai. His staff are also incredibly caring and helpful.

Very poor service to patients. I made an 1:00 p.m appointment for my father to see the doctor but ended up waiting until 3:00 p.m. Even then, we never actually got to see the doctor. After never even seeing the patient, the doctor told the staff to sent my father to do two tests a few weeks later. This was the first time we ever visited this clinic. As we were leaving, another patient told us that they also never saw the doctor on their first visit. My father and I have never been through such a poor and disrespectful doctor experience EVER. Is it really a doctor's appointment if you wait two whole hours and never even got to see the doctor?? And the insurance company has to still pay them?? Very poor service to patients. This man almost killed me and now I have a lifetime disability. Stay away if you know what's good for you, unless you don't mind losing an organ or two because of his incompetence. Where did he get his medical degree from, Dr. Jeckyll University? Every day is a horror show with him.

Dr. Ting is an excellent Surgeon. I have had 2 operations and the outcomes are fantastic. For comparison I was told nothing could be done except taking medicine for 2 experiences with 2 blood clots each This could have ended up with my having a stroke. Dr. Ting reduced the chances of this occurring by more than 50%. I will see him in 6 months. Now I don't worry. Thank you so much Dr. Ting for your competence and long experience as a surgeon. Dr. Ting reduced the chances of my having blood clots - It could be 50% or more or less. The 2 operations were necessary to make this happen. I now am off blood thinners, walk every day 2 or 3 times and wear compression stocking most days. Without seeing Dr Ting, I would still be on Eliquis ($40/mp) and still be going to the ER when my leg swelled, was hot and itchy. I look forward to seeing him in October and am optimistic that I will not have developed more blood clots. I am deeply grateful for the peace of mind and not fearful that I will have a stroke.

Every time I go see Dr. Ting, I have to wait for at least two hours. They never provide any updates and the staff is not friendly nor helpful. I asked them to change a prescription to mail order and they didn't send it to the right pharmacy at all. I've never had a good experience there. He never even checks my blood pressure, which seems odd since that's what the medication is for.
