You need to teach your nurses compassion. What kind of a sick person sends a 1 month old baby to sit in a hot car to wait for a patient to be seen while your lobby is completely empty? Covid or not your staff is disrespectful and rude.

Incredibly rude nurse. Spent about 5 mins with me. With very little details of surgery or being set and casted. Didn’t even look at my broken wrist. They gave me 30 tramadol for pain which is a joke considering I’ve already have two transplants, both hips replaced and probably 30 other procedures in the last 15 years. When I told the nurse I wasn’t supposed to be taking it she said he wouldn’t write anything else. I guess they expect it not to hurt? Needless to say I’m looking for a second opinion in Amarillo with another orthopedic surgeon because honestly I just don’t trust Borger Hospital in any capacity. Incredibly rude nurse. Dr Launders is very explanitory and professional he has even got me to laugh a few times I will always recommend him to anyone

One of the most concise and informational Dr.'s that I have been to.

I wnt in just to get shots in my knees, something I'd had done 100 times. This was a new Doctor, old procedure. Dr. Landers was rude, acted like my being there was an inconvenience to him, etc., etc. He prepared the shots, and I could tell right away they were different. Different type of syring, different color of injectible, and insted of marking a dot right below my knee cap, he marked a spot on each leg about 1 inch above my knee. The shots were horribly painful-a 7 on a 1-10 scale; where all the others I had were a 1-2 on a scale from 1-10. I started crying on the table, was in pain for days, and never recieved pain relief. I have never gone back and NEVER will!!!
