Willis Mccoy Privott JR.

My son has been going to Dr. Privott since birth, he turns 8 next month! He is hands down the most genuine caring doctor. You can tell he genuinely cares about my son. His staff is great, too!

I wish I could give this place Zero stars the staff is horrible especially the lady sitting in the front by the name of Tonya. She is very rude and unprofessional. She made my experience at this office a nightmare , the office would be so much better if someone of her caliber didn't work there.

Very bad experience just saying ladies are rude and dont give zero cares and will talk very rude to you. They are not professional at all heck you might as well be the doctor. And there was spiders and dust everywhere not even sure when the last time this doctors office has been clean. I would give less than 1 star if I could. I don't use Dr. Privott for my children. However, my niece does. My helpless 1 year old niece. And for her entire little life of seeing Dr. Privott, she has been ignored. Her mom would voice her concerns about my niece not talking or walking, lip tie, etc. and he would every single time respond with "we'll check it again in a couple months or so" or "if she's not walking in a few months then we'll discuss it again." Now here we are she's 15 months. Still unable to do things a baby her age should have been doing. She switched pediatricians, and today was the first visit with the new Dr. FIRST VISIT and she noticed something, and is referring my niece to a neurologist. My daughter had a new patient appointment scheduled. I went in a day prior to fill out paperwork & literally walked out and changed my mind & found a new clinic for my child. The front desk receptionist is probably the most uninformed, unaware & rude person to have working which is why so many people have left. I’ve heard nice things about the doctor however his staff his to be educated on how things should be handled professionally. Walked out before I even turned paperwork in. He always goes above and beyond for my kids!!!!! He is patient and listens to everyone of my concerns. My daughter is blind with autism and him and his staff are always looking out for her best interest. I had twins premature at 930 at night and he sat beside them til 930 the next morning to make sure they were ok!!!!!!!!

The staff is horrible and they NEVER call meds into the pharmacy! We have to continue to call to remind them to call meds in.

i do not like caring for kids. Dr. Privott does not listen to what you have to say. My 8 month old had bronchitis with yellow/green mucus, coughing and a fever and he kept prescribing him allergy medicine. I told him multiple times the medicine doesn’t work and that he needed antibiotics and he wouldn’t give my baby antibiotics. I have always loved Dr Privott. His staff is a little on the quiet side but as far as he is concerned he is a fun Dr.

Dr. Privott is the most caring physican. He has added a nurse practioner and a few new faces in the office as well. The new young lady has the best personility, helpful and always smiling. Dr. Privott you can NEVER retire.

I have been taking my child to Dr Privott for almost 18 years. I absolutely love him! He is very attentive to the needs of my child. He clearly explains everything and listens attentively to our concerns. I definitely recommend him!!

I would give less than 1 if I could. I was lied to by the doctor himself when trying to get important paperwork needed for my child’s school & the front staff is very unprofessional, extremely unhelpful & made it apparent that they did not want to do their job in assisting me. They would let your child die and not think twice about it...been going there for 16 years now and when my child ran out of insulin and I called for him to write out a prescription on a emergency I was told I needed a appointment...I asked if we could come in that day and was told no..I told them my child took his insulin 6 to 7 times a day and I was not going to be able to wait 2 to 3 weeks for an appointment that my child would die without his meds...his wife or ex wife whatever she is don't need to be there she told me that it's not her problem... either I wait for an appointment or I get nothing...I told her my child would be dead by then to please let me speak to the doctor himself and was transferred to another person I got the same results...I always liked Dr privott himself but his worst mistake was his wife..I will never go there again and I hope anyone who reads this really understands that they really don't care for your child..they doing it just for the paycheck I swear...if I new that a child needed insulin to stay alive I wouldn't ask no questions about writing a prescription for them but at there office they don't care weather child lives or dies....I'm sorry Dr Privott every time I came to you myself after fighting with your office crew you always helped me out but people need to know how ugly and rude your staff is and for your supposed to be wife she needs to get the hell up out if there...you left her once you need to do it again...she's killing your business. So I have never even been to this place and have had a negative experience. I applied for a job with them on Indeed or another job site. I received a text that I had an appointment with Jonathan, set for a time I would not be available. So I called and had a long, long wait time. Finally a receptionist answers. I explain my situation and instead of hearing that I am thinking I have an interview, she cuts me off to ask my child's birth date. I VERY politely (sales background, always sweet) explain that I have never called to make an appointment for my children. AGAIN, instead of trying to actually rectify the problem, she said I was mistaken, less eloquently. I texted HELP to the number in my text and received a call from a corporation that handles their appointments. He was great. He actually explained that it was an error, because his company only sends texts to parents of children requesting appointments. So I look back on my applications and see that I have applied for a position at this company. I call back and explain all that to the very rude receptionist. She just asks for my phone number. Excellent doctor very informational.He anwser every question I had no problem.Very impressive staff.Great all around.

My daughter has been going there since she was born in 2013. I haven't had any problems thus far. Dr. Privott is an awesome doctor. Highly recommend!

Receptionist is very rude. Never gets you in anywhere near your appt time. Doesn’t care about children only cares about charging insurance companies

This place sucks.i should have left when dr privott wrote my son a prescription for allergy meds when he had a really bad cold.If insurance wont pay for it fine,just tell me what to go and buy.Dont just give me as script that you know wont do him any good and push me out of the door.His staff is very rude(his wife being the main one).One day they opened i walked in and said good morning,she slammed the sign in clipboard down and walked off,didnt even bother to make eye contact.My youngest son was being weighed and i asked the girl how much does he weigh now?She snapped and said can u give me a minute?as i was leaving i stopped to make another appointment and the woman that was sitting there ignored me for the longest before she rolled her eyes and said yes? I signed in with my 5 month old daughter and sat down to wait I watched as the two people who came in after me get called back first. So I get to the back now and I listen as they get seen and leave then he keeps seeing other patients that wasn't even in the office when I was called back I have been skipped five times and I'm still sitting in the room waiting...if they can't see the people in the order that they came in then they need to quit scheduling more than one appointment at the same time. Honestly wish I had the option to not even give a start!! Huge thumbs down on this office and staff. My children had an appointment at 10:30am this morning we got there at 10:00am til fill out forms and check in, the called us back within 20 minutes, checked the kids weight, height, etc. And then put us in a room, didn't even put our file on the door. We never saw a nurse or doctor privott we were in this office for a total off 2 hours and 5 minutes. Also the staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, I have never in my life seen a whole office of people look as though they hate their profession so much, eye rolls, sloppy work, and unreasonable weight time. Doctor Privott is wonderful but his staff absolutely needs to go! They have terrible attitudes and want to throw in my face that my kids can't come there no more for missing appointments. This doctor needs an accurate review. Very unprofessional staff. Very unprofessional doctor. Experienced several mix ups a few different times now, and the staff was not friendly about it. Take my advice and just go elsewhere.

Kind and professional!!!

This place has the most unprofessional staff there is. His ex wife in the office has a nasty attitude everytime you go there. I know many ppl that complain about her and the other lady Tameka that sits in the office. I watched and listened to the office staff talk negative about a patient as soon as they walked out the door. I am looking for another MD for my baby not because of him but because of the office staff. He is great but a bad staff will cause a for sure loss.

This is a great doctor with a sorry staff

The staff is unprofessional. I think that's his wife who's in the office. She's rude majority of the time. She has an attitude instantly upon asking questions. Dr. Privott comes in the room and leaves quickly without answering questions you may have. The staff is also unfriendly and doesn't seem to know their patients by name nor recognition. It's uninviting!

dr. privott was recommended to me my medical staff after a surprise delivery of my baby girl. She was born 5 weeks early to two first time parents. while under hospital care, we saw staff peds. I did not care for any of their routine personalities. I asked a trusted caretaker and came up with his name. baby had some issues and lots of tests. I had lots of questions and dr. privott was very informative. he was attentive to her needs and my concerns. he even came to the hospital to examine her.
