Dr Ziegler and staff were very accommodating during scheduling and they responded timely whenever I reached out to me. Thank you for the professionalism.

Dr. Ziegler likes to send unsolicited spam about office hysteroscopy to physicians in unrelated specialties about once a week. I am one of those physicians. He needs to stop spamming other people’s mailboxes.

Our experience with Dr. Ziegler has been nothing short of exemplar from the moment we walked into the office at our first appointment. He has a bedside manner that makes you feel hopeful and comforted when you need it the most. I’ve always felt like I was his only patient due to the amount of care and concern he gives you. The office staff is always pleasant and go out of their way to help you in any way that they can. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I highly, HIGHLY recommend.

Dr. Ziegler came highly recommended by my gynecologist after masses were found on my uterus. My gynecologist told me normally he would do a hysterectomy, but because I do not have any children yet and plan to be a mother in the future, that it was best I go to see Dr.Ziegler. He told me he is the best of the best, that is EXACTLY WHAT HE IS, THE BEST OF THE BEST! I called Dr. Ziegler's office immediately to make an appointment. His staff is excellent and well trained. They are patient and kind. They informed me the first appointment would be virtual due to covid. I did not have a problem with this. If you ask me it actually made a lot of sense to do it virtual. I have read some reviews where people complained about this and said its all for the money. You've got it all wrong. My virtual appointment with Dr. Z was a wonderful experience. I recently had a surgical procedure and felt comfortable, and confident, with Dr. Ziegler. All the details were thoroughly explained, I was able to ask any questions and never felt rushed in any way. With COVID I had limited time in the office, but the correspondence through the phone and email were easy and pleasant. I would highly recommend their services to any woman looking for medical care.

Dr Ziegler is extremely knowledgeable about what he does and provides comfort and reassurance during each visit and meeting with him. I am so thankful for not only his expertise but his compassion through difficult times. He personally called when things were not going right and quickly got me in so we could find a solution (which we did!). My husband and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our time at RCNJ and with Dr Ziegler. Highly recommend for anyone going through a difficult time conceiving and want someone who will treat them with care and importance.

After 3 consecutive pregnancy losses, I was mentally and physically exhausted. I had my first consultation with Dr. Ziegler and he gave hope again. Now almost 10 months after my initial consult, lots of blood draws, ultrasounds and one IVF round, I am now due with my rainbow baby! From the entire staff including Dr. Ziegler, Dr. Mensah and Dr. Martinez, they are attentive, compassionate and understanding. We can't thank you all enough for helping us achieve our dream of becoming parents!

Dr Ziegler and his staff are god sent. They have been with us through a difficult journey in trying to conceive. Now we are pregnant with twins!!! I owe so much to Dr. Ziegler and his team. He never gave up on us. His team always treated us with so much empathy and kindness. I can say we never had one negative experience there. The staff is brilliant and funny and kind. Dr Z would be good for a healthy couples who do not have major fertility issues. Was he compassionate, skilled? There were no compassions in financial points, I told Dr Z that my insurance might cover for ultrasounds but he did not want to consider it; Dr Z did not give me meds for pain relief after a biopsy and I did not beg him to prescribe a necessary meds. If there is any woman, who got pregnant by a help of Dr Z, I am giving for this service a trillion stars, 1,000,000,000,000.

Vicki in the office extremely rude, short tempered, ill mannered on the phone and in person. I had to pick up a prescription she was to call in for me. When I got to my pharmacy there was no prescription for me. When I called her she starts saying, what is the phone number in a nasty manner like I was bothering her. Dr. Ziegler is a sales man who only wants to sell you donor eggs from his egg bank. This is his only solution. Also is nasty and has actually yelled at.me more than once.

Dr. Ziegler is an exceptionally patient doctor who was not satisfied with his explanations until we confirmed that we understood everything he said. Dr. Ziegler is unlike most doctors when it comes to returning messages to a patient. He himself will call back (and not a secretary) and will address any questions or concerns. He was readily willing to speak with community leaders and community organizations in this field to explain his approach so we would feel comfortable. Great experience!

Dr. Ziegler and his staff have been absolutely wonderful. They are so comforting, warm, and they have helped me through so much. I am 8 weeks pregnant and owe this miracle to Dr. Z and his staff. I would recommend this office to anyone. I have been in the very BEST of hands.

Thank you for allowing us to become pregnant again!! Putting your faith in someone's hand is hard to do, but Dr Ziegler makes you feel comfortable and confident !!! He also always makes my girls laugh when I bring them in the office by making glove balloons for them!!! Thank you again

If you are in need of an RE look no further. I started the search like most of you on all of these sites to research reviews. As someone who was shocked & nervous that I even needed to see an RE I was so comforted by Dr. Ziegler and his staff! Dr. Ziegler is there from A-Z and his demeanor is so comforting. He thoroughly answered all questions I had. His staff is equally knowledgeable and helpful as well. Dr. Ziegler always made himself available when needed, and I would recommend him to anyone!

Dr. Ziegler has been both doctor and surgeon during our journey and I am so thankful for his treatment. His professionalism and compassion are remarkable. We experienced many roadblocks and heartbreaks along the way but we always felt supported and we knew we were in capable hands. Hina and the rest of the staff are just as kind and knowledgeable and we truly felt like a priority at each visit. I was recommending them even before our success and can't say enough good things since my son's birth!

Doctors Ziegler and Martinez are excellent! The PA, Hina, was also great. While in their care, I always felt well taken care of. They were all knowledgeable and were genuinely concerned for my health and the health of my baby. They were easily reachable if I needed to speak to them. The office staff was always friendly and courteous. They were all super professional and I felt their equipment and techniques were cutting edge. The offices are beautiful and well taken care of.

From the start of the process Dr. Ziegler was very professional and helpful in explaining our options. He was always thorough in answering all questions. He explained everything scientifically and so that it was easy for us to understand. Dr. Ziegler made both myself and my husband very comfortable with difficult decisions.

Overall my husband and I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Ziegler and the Reproductive Science Center of NJ. Dr. Ziegler was very friendly and personable. His staff were very caring and professional. I received prompt phone calls with lab results and the management of my care was very organized and thorough. Both the Toms River and Eatontown offices were very clean and modern. Our first IUI was successful and I was pregnant with our daughter Bryn. I highly recommend Dr. Ziegler!

If there was a way to give 20 stars I would. From the second I walked into his office I was at complete ease. His offices are beautiful, staff is impeccable, his bedside manner made me feel like I was his only patient. He is funny and kind- but most importantly an expert in what he does. I never once felt worried or uncomfortable and had 100% faith that with his help we would get our wish- WHICH WE DID! My advice for you- get off the internet- RIGHT NOW- and make an appointment with Dr. Ziegler

Hands down the greatest medical practice I have ever dealt with. Dr. Ziegler and his entire staff in both Toms River & Eatontown locations were all so wonderful, knowledgeable and caring. I always received a call back if I had to leave a message and even had direct email contact to his PA. They walked us through every step of the process and made our entire IVF experience a delight. I actually cried when he released me to my regular OBGYN for the duration of my pregnancy. I will miss them all.

I would not recommend Dr. Ziegler to anyone. I understand he has the medical knowledge but the lack of communication and knowing what's going on is non-existent. 3 times I was promised phone calls - to which I call the next day and find out the information has changed, we're not at the point that we were supposed to be, key important information was left out - like the actual start of the process - to which I thought was right away - turns out to be 3 months later! VITAL information.

The staff and Dr. Ziegler are so great and helpful, we can't say enough. My husband and I had trouble conceiving and went to see Dr. Ziegler from a family friend's recommendation. At all points of our journey he sat down with us and went through each step and the reasons why he recommended each thing. He is not pushy, and leaves all decisions up to you, but will give you his medical recommendation, which we trusted. Hopefully we will be back for some siblings!

Dr. Ziegler and his team are absolutely AMAZING! He was very thorough in explaining all of my options and he made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the entire process. I was pretty emotional and I felt so blessed when they gave me exactly what I needed: reassurance, their time and patience. I am now 27 weeks along with my first and I cannot thank Dr. Ziegler and his team enough!! I would highly recommend the Reproductive Science Center and Dr. Ziegler to anyone who is trying to conceive.

We were very happy with Dr. Ziegler and his team including Dr. Mentenez, Fran, Ally, and Vicky!! His staff was outstanding and were always there for us. We felt like we were part of one caring and devoted family. He explained things very well. We would highly recommend him!!
